Rc 2040 SWACH BALAK MISSION TO BE LAUNCHED IN ALL SCHOOLS IN TELANGANA FROM 14Th Nov to 19 Nov

Rc.2040 Dt 13.11.2014- Telangana State Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan ( TSSA),Hyderabad is going Launch Swach Balak Mission  in all Shools from 14.11.2014 to 19.11.2014 | Swach Balak Mission to be Launched in All Schools by TSSA, Hyderabad. TSSA IS Launching Swach Balak Mission (SBM). Telangana SSA, Hyderabad – Swachh Balak Mission (SBM) to be Launched in all schools from 14^th to 19^th November, 2014 –  Theme of the mission along with the dates communicated – Action taken Report called for – Reg.

All the DEOs & POs in the State are inform that, in the proceedings 1^st cited, instructions were issued with a request to celebrate Child Right Week & Library Week from 14^th to 20^th November, 2014.

            They are informed that, the Govt. in the Memo 2nd cited, furnished a copy of letter received from the Secretary, Ministry of Panchyat Raj, Govt. of India with a request to send action taken report to the PR & Rural Development (RWS &S) Dept. Where in instructions were issued to launch Swachh Balak Mission (SBM) in all schools & Anganwadis from 14th to 19th November, 2014 by the Ministry of Drinking Water & Sanitation. 

The theme of the mission along with the dates is as follows:

1. 1.   14-11-2014 –    Clean school/surroundings/play areas.
2. 2.   15-11-2014 –    Clean Food
3. 3.   16-11-2014 –    Sunday
4. 4.   17-11-2014 –    Clean self (the activities on clean self/personal hygiene can be taken up on any day)
5. 5.   18-11-2014 –    Clean Drinking Water
6. 6.   19-11-2014 –    Clean Toilets.

(Atleast one day between 14^th & 19^th November, 2014 may be taken up as interaction day with children by Gram Panchayat & Village Health & Sanitation committee members)

 They are therefore, requested to make necessary arrangements for Swachh Balak Mission (SBM) also to be launched in all schools and Anganwadis with effect from 14.11.2014 to 19.11.2014 and send the action taken report to the State Project Director for onward submission to the Government without fail.
