As per the Video Conference conducted by the Commissioner of Civil Supplies, Telangana State on 22.01.2015 with Collectors, Joint Collectors, District Educational Officers, Welfare Officers and Civil Supplies Officers in the state Istructed as Follow
- MEO are instructed to conduct HMs Meeting on 2nd of every month
- Should collect Closing balance of Superfine Rice in respective school point and meals taken by the students
- MEOs have to Submit the report to DEO by 4th of every month
- DEOs have to submit the report to Civil Officers by 5th of every month
- Any kind of irregularities will be vied seriously and action will be initiated
