All the District Educational Officers in Telangana State are hereby informed that the Govt of India have changed Head of Accounts of the Central Plan Scheme "Rashtriya Madhyamika Shiksha Abhiyan ( RMSA )" (2202-02-109-12-07) to centrally Assisted State Plan Scheme "Madhyamika Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) (2202-02-109-12-05). The budget provision made for the Scheme in B.E 2014-15 under the following Head of Account

2. 02-Secondary Education
3. MH(109)-Govt Secondary Schools
4. GH(12)-Centrally Assisted State Plan Schemes
5. SH(05)-Rashtriya Madhyamika Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA)
