Proc-25 Dt 02.03.2015-As a part of the Performance Apprisal of School complexes, MRCs, KGBVs and DPOs in the districts periodically atleast once a quarter. Five state level Monitoring teams are constituted to visit all districts in the state during the last quarter of the academic year 2014-15

- Syllabus Completion
- Note Book and Text book exercise completion and correction
- Class room teaching learning process
- Coverage of OSC
- Conduct of review meeting at district and Mandal level
- Academic Performance of Schools
- Performance of KGBVs
- Function of SMCs and Interaction with local body
