Rc.No.1576- All the Deputy Educational Officer’s /Mandal Educational Officer’s and all Head Masters in the District are here by informed that, a team of National Institute of Research Development(NIRD), New Delhi is going to inspect the Schools i.e Government/ Zilla Parishad/ MPP/Aided Schools in the District from 15.08.2014 onwards in the following items.

1.MDM
1.

Weekly Menu :
Every Head
Master should display the weekly menu in advance in separate menu board.
3. To maintain clean and hygienic kitchen.
4. Whether the ‘A' grade food grains are
being supplied or not & utilized on “First in First out” basis. The old
stock of food grains are to be returned.
5. The Head Masters should maintain the

6.
Ensure that hygienic and
nutritious meals are served to the Children daily as per menu.
7. Ensure that fresh and washed vegetables,
pulses and other ingredients are to be utilized as per the GOI norms and
iodized salt and double purified salt along with fresh oil are used.
8. Maintenance of clean cooking and ensure
that the eggs will be served to the children weekly twice if egg is not willing
by children; the banana should be serve to the children.
9. Ensure the hot Cooked meal in clean plates
is served to the children after testing by the Teachers, Head Master’s and SMC
member on rotation basis.
10. Cook cum helpers must ensure on personal
hygiene and ensure that children’s are washing their hands with soap before and
after eating. Ensure that the Head Master provide the safe drinking water to
the students before and after the meal in school.
11. Where the NGO’s are serving Mid Day Meals
such NGO’s are instructed that the Mid Day Meals should be of good quality and
prepared in hygienic condition and reach the school in time and served hot.
a) NGO should be maintained MDM daily opted childrens
register and one register should be kept at concerned school Head Master.
12. Ensure cleaning of overhead tanks
frequently with bleaching powder. Good sanitation and cleanliness has to be
maintained in and around the school and cooking area ensuring there is no
stagnant water. First aid kit with proper medicines should be maintained in the
school.
13. Payment of cooking cost should be made in
time and pay to the CCH in time and maintain the acquaintance cash book up to
date.
2.RMSA
1. The
Budget have been released by the RMSA to the Secondary Schools year wise i.e.,
2009-10 to 2013-14 is shown bellow and ensure that the funds utilized with the
resolution of SMDC and sub-committees in the respective schools as per
guidelines issued by the Government from time to time.

concerned school shall maintain vouchers/cash book up to date and send UC’s to
the higher authorities every month from time to time.
3.
Every Head Masters
should be maintain the following register properly and promptly:

3.RVM(SSA):
1. To improve the minimum basics like
reading with comprehensive, Self writing, creative expressions skills, Children
literature was used in I to V classes of primary. Primary Teachers should teach
the following fundamental operations

8. All the Head Masters Primary Schools

(SLIM) cards were used in teaching learning process in class I,II & III.

Sanitation:

Cleanliness of the school Premises:
Ø
Ensure
that Head Master of the school should keep school premises and class rooms
clean and remove the bushes and cut down unwanted plants and grass if any in
the school premises to avoid from the snakes bites, scorpion and other
poisonous insects bites during the rainy season. Fill up the ditches and rough
surfaces by mud, clay or sand and make the place a safe area for playing. These
purposes utilize available funds.

Toilets and drinking water:
Ø
Safe drinking water should be provided to
the students for the purpose of drinking as well as for cooking Mid day Meals.
Always maintain cleanliness around the eating and drinking area by taking the
help of SMC’s by utilizing available grants.
Ø
Toilets
should be kept clean and remove the bushes unwanted plants surrounding of the
toilets. Make it usable condition by utilizing the available grants.
II.
School Health Cards (JABAR):
The
Head Masters should Update the school health cards (Jabar) of the students to
utilize the scheme.
