RMSA TRAININGS SCHEDULE AND INSTRUCTIONS IN TELANGANA



Proc.Rc.No.12233/RMSA/RR/2013 Dt 19.09.2014 RMSA Trainings to the teachers working in High schools for the Academic year 2014-15
In pursuance of the instructions issued by the SPD C& DSE Telangana Hyd Vide Proc.11/RMSA/TS/2014 Dt 16.09.2014,The training programme to the teachers who are working in Govt/ZP/Muncipal/Ashram Schools/KGBV/Residential Schools functioning under Department of School Education,Social Welfare,Tribal Welfare,BC WelfareKGBVs,Model Schools and Govt Aided High Schools from 7th Oct,2014 onwards.Th training duration will be 5 Days. The training will be given to all the subject teachers working in high schools i.e Telugu,Hindi,English,Maths,Physical Science,Biological Science and Social Studies
    The duration of training is on new text books examination reforms,co-curricular activities and class room transaction.
Divisional Level teachers' Training will be conducted as Follow

  1. 1st Spell  Training:  07.10.2014 to 11.10.2014
  2. 2nd Spell Training 12.10.2014 to 17.10.2014
  3. 3rd Spell  Training  18.10.2014 to  22.10.2014 ( If Necessary)
  4. Headmasters are aslo requested to attend training programme in their subject concern.
  5. Training Programme for the Urdhu Medium  Schools may be conducted during October,2014 and separate schedule will be issued.
  6. The teachers training will be at divisional level teachers for 1st spell and 2nd spell  will be allocated as follow
  7. 50% of the language Teachers ( Telugu,Hindi and English) in the will have to attend training in 1st spell and remaining subject teachers will have to attend in next spell
  8. 50% of the non language teachers ( Maths,Physical Science,Bio Science and Social Studies)in the school for 1st spell remaining in next spell
  9. Parallel batches will be conducted in each venue i.e two batches for Tlugu,Hindi,English and for Non Language subjects
  10. Rs.80/-towards convayance and lunch
  11. Rs.10/- towards Tea two times
  12. Paricipants are requested to bring lunch boxes
  13. Participants should report at respective venue by 8:30am sharp on the first day of trainingvenues to avoid delay and for the smooth effective functioning of the training
  14. Teachers shall bring text books of IX and X classes and dictioneries in case of language subjects without fail
  15. The timings of the training programme is from 9:30am to 5pm 
  16. Headmasters are requested to enter the training period in the Service Registers of  the teachers concerned on producing attendence certificate issued to the teacher
