DRDO Recruitment - 2019 Details

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: All eligibility conditions will be determined with reference to the crucial date of eligibility as mentioned in this advertisement.
A) NATIONALITY: Candidate must be a citizen of India. B) Age Limit: Please refer 1.4 of this advertisement for age limit. C) Essential Educational Requirement (EER): candidates must have completed EER and other eligibility for the post as on crucial date of Eligibility. EER should be as per section-1 of this advertisement. D) MEDICAL FITNESS: Candidates must be in good mental and physical health and free from any physical deformity which may interfere in efficient discharge of duties. Provisionally shortlisted candidates will be subjected to a medical examination as prescribed by the competent authority, before the offer of appointment is issued. HOW TO APPLY
Candidates must satisfy themselves, before applying, about their eligibility for the post. Candidates are, therefore, urged to carefully read the advertisement and complete the application form and submit the same as per the instructions to avoid rejection later. A) All candidates must apply online through the link available on CEPTAM notice board (https://www.drdo.gov.in/drdo/ceptam/ceptamnoticeboard.html).

Applications received by any other mode will be summarily rejected. B) The online application portal will be opened on 21st Sept 2019 (10:00 AM) and closed on 15th Oct 2019 (05:00 PM). C) Firstly, the candidate must register online by filling up the basic details. After registration, the candidate will get a user Id & password (note it down & keep safely), which will be used to login for filling of application. D) Candidates are advised not to wait until last date to submit their applications. CEPTAM will not be responsible, if candidates are not able to submit their applications on time due to last minute heavy rush, network congestion etc. E)

  1. The following documents and their scanned copies must be kept ready before filling the application: 10th Class or equivalent certificate for age proof.
  2. EER Certificates [10th Class Certificate: for the post codes of 0701, 0801, 0901, 1001 and 1101. 12th Class Certificate: for the post codes of 0301, 0401, 0402, 0501, 0502 and 0601.]

G) Candidates should have their own mobile number and valid & active personal email id. CEPTAM will not entertain any request for change of mobile number & email address at any stage. H) Contact details such as e-mail, mobile number, correspondence & permanent address etc. must be correct & active during the recruitment cycle as all communication will be done through them. I) Candidates are required to submit all the acquired qualification as on crucial date of eligibility during filling of online application form. J) Submission of Application: (i) Candidates should read the instructions carefully before making any entry or selecting options. The detailed instructions for filling-up of online application are available on our website. (ii) Candidates should save and review his/her application before final submission. (iii) Candidates are required to make online payment of application fee (wherever applicable). (iv) Eligibility of the candidate will be considered on the strength of the information furnished in the online application form. After final submission, request for change/correction in the particulars given in the application form, shall not be entertained under any circumstances. The date of examination will be published on website later. The date, time & venue of examination will be given on admit card. The e-admit cards will be available on our website (https://www.drdo.gov.in/drdo/ceptam/ceptamnoticeboard.html) for download /print, 02 weeks prior to examination. Admit cards will not be sent by post. Candidates must print (preferably in colour) the admit card and carry it for appearing in examinations. Valid original photo Id (as mentioned in the application form) is mandatory with admit card to appear in the examination. CEPTAM reserves the right to divert candidate of any centre to other centre depending upon operational constraints. CEPTAM will not entertain any request for any change in examination city, centre, date and shift allotted to candidate(s). Mere issue of e-admit card to the candidates will NOT imply that their candidature has been finally accepted by the CEPTAM.

ఎస్‌బీఐ కొత్త నిబంధనలు, అక్టోబరు 1 నుంచి.
 అతిపెద్ద ప్రభుత్వ రంగబ్యాంకు స్టేట్‌ బ్యాంకు ఆఫ్‌ ఇండియా (ఎస్‌బీఐ) తన ఖాతాదారులకు శుభవార్త అందించింది. ఖాతాల్లో మినిమం బాలెన్స్‌కు సంబంధించి పరిమితిపై ఊరటనిచ్చినా, సర్వీసు చార్జీలు బాదుడు మాత్రం వినియోగదారులకు తప్పదు. ఈ కొత్త నిబంధనలు అక్టోబర్ 1 నుంచి అమలులోకి రానున్నాయి. పట్టణ ప్రాంతాల్లోని బ్రాంచుల్లో ఖాతాదారులు నెలకు మినిమమ్ బ్యాలెన్స్ రూ.3,000 ఉండేలా చూసుకోవాలి. ప్రస్తుతం రూ.5వేలు ఉన్న పరిమితిని రూ.2వేలకు తగ్గిస్తూ ఎస్‌బీఐ నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. సెమీ అర్బన్‌ ఖాతాల్లో రూ. 2వేలు కనీస నిల్వ ఉండాలి. ఇక గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల్లోని ఖాతాల విషయానికి వస్తే ఈ పరిమితిని వెయ్యి రూపాయలుగా ఉంచింది.

బ్యాంక్ ఖాతాలో నెలవారీ మినిమమ్ బ్యాలెన్స్ రూ.3000 ఉండకపోతే వినియోగదారుడికి వడ్డన తప్పదు. ఉదాహరణకు రూ.3 వేల పరిమితి గల ఖాతాలో మినిమమ్ బ్యాలెన్స్ 50 శాతం తగ్గితే అంటే  రూ.1500 ఉంటే అప్పుడు రూ.10. అదే అకౌంట్ మినిమమ్ బ్యాలెన్స్ 50-75 శాతం (రూ.750) కన్నా తక్కువగా ఉంటేరూ.12. 75 శాతానికి పైగా తగ్గితే రూ.15 పెనాల్టీ చెల్లించాలి. దీనికి అదనంగా జీస్‌టీ కూడా చెల్లించాలి.  ఈ పెనాల్టీ శాతం అన్ని  ఖాతాలకు వర్తిస్తుంది.

మినిమం బాలెన్స్‌ పరిమితి  రూ. 2  వేలు  ఉన్న ఖాతాల్లో  కనీస నిల్వ తగ్గితే  పెనాల్టీ ఇలా
  1. 50శాతం తగ్గితే రూ. 7.50 ప్లస్‌ జీఎస్‌టీ
  2. 50-75 శాతం తగ్గితే రూ. 10 ప్లస్‌ జీఎస్‌టీ
  3. 75శాతానికిపైన  తగ్గితే రూ. 12 ప్లస్‌ జీఎస్‌టీ
మినిమం బాలెన్స్‌  పరిమితి వెయ్యి రూపాయలు న్న ఖాతాల్లో  కనీస నిల్వ తగ్గితే   పెనాల్టీ ఇలా
  1. 50 శాతం తగ్గితే రూ. 5 ప్లస్‌ జీఎస్‌టీ
  2. 50-75 శాతం తగ్గితే రూ. 7.50 ప్లస్‌ జీఎస్‌టీ
  3. 75 శాతానికి పైన  తగ్గితే రూ. 10 ప్లస్‌ జీఎస్‌టీ
డిపాజిట్లు, విత్‌డ్రాలు

కొత్త నిబంధనల ప్రకారం సేవింగ్‌ ఖాతాలో నెలకు బ్యాంకుల్లో నేరుగా నగదు డిపాజిట్ కేవలం మూడుసార్లు మాత్రమే చేయాలి. ఆ తర్వాత చేసిన ప్రతి సారీ ఛార్జీ తప్పదు. కనీస మొత్తం రూ.100లు డిపాజిట్  చేసినా  రూ. 50 ఛార్జ్  చెల్లించాల్సిందే. దీనికి జీఎస్‌టీ అదనం. అలాగే నాన్‌ హోం బ్రాంచిలలో నగదు డిపాజిట్లకు గరిష్ట పరిమితి రూ. 2 లక్షలు. ఆపై డిపాజిట్లను స్వీకరించాలా లేదా అనేది ఆ బ్యాంకు మేనేజర్‌ నిర్ణయిస్తారు. నెలకు సగటున 25వేల రూపాయల బాలెన్స్‌ ఉంచే ఖాతాదారుడు నెలకు  రెండు సార్లు ఉచితంగా నగదు డ్రా చేసుకునే అవకాశం. అదే రూ. 25-50 వేలు అయితే 10 సార్లు ఉచితం.  రూ. 50- లక్ష మధ్య అయితే 15 సార్లు ఉచితం  ఈ పరిమితి మించితే రూ.50 ప్లస్‌ జీఎస్‌టీ వసూలు చేస్తారు. నెలకు సగటున లక్ష రూపాయలకు పైన ఖాతాలో ఉంచితే ఈ సదుపాయం పూర్తిగా ఉచితం.

ఏటీఎం లావాదేవీల సంఖ్య పెంపు

నగరాల్లో ఏటీఎం ట్రాన్సాక్షన్స్ సంఖ్య పెరగనుంది. మెట్రో నగరాల్లో ఈ ట్రాన్సాక్షన్ల సంఖ్య నెలకు 10కి పెరగనున్నాయి. నాన్ మెట్రో ప్రాంతాల్లో ఎలాంటి ఛార్జీలు లేకుండా ఎస్బీఐ ఏటీఎంలలో 12 లావాదేవీలు నిర్వహించవచ్చు.  ఇతర బ్యాంకుల ఏటీఎం కార్డులకు 5 ట్రాన్సాక్షన్స్ వరకు ఉచితం. ఇక, ఏదైనా కారణాలతో చెక్ బౌన్స్ అయితే జీఎస్టీతో కలుపుకొని రూ.168 చెల్లించాలి.  ఖాతాలో రూ.25 వేలు అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ నగదు ఉంచే  ఖాతాదారులకు అపరిమిత ఏటీఎం సేవలు అందనున్నాయి. అలాగే వేతనాలు పొందే ఖాదాదారులకు కూడా అన్‌లిమిటెడ్ ఏటీఎం సేవలు. పూర్తి వివరాలు ఎస్‌బీఐ అధికారిక వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో లభ్యం.

The Constitution of India has vested in the Election Commission of India the superintendence, direction and control of the entire process for conduct of elections to Parliament and Legislature of every State and to the offices of President and Vice-President of India. National Initiative for School Heads and Teachers Holistic Advance NISHTHA Guidelines. Teacher Training Programme will be initiated by Ministry Human Resources Development MHRD and NCERT National Council for Education Research and Training through Integrated Teacher Training Programme for Improving Quality of School Education. NISHTHA Guidelines and Action Plan


Generally, training programs are conducted for teachers, school principals, SMCs and State/district/block/cluster level functionaries in isolated manner with different objectives and content. The NISHTHA program attempts to bring all the stakeholders and target groups on the same platform integrating them and orienting them on similar content focusing on their specific roles and responsibilities.
 National Resource Groups comprising of 15 Experts each will train Key Resource Persons (identified by the State and UT for further teacher training) and State Resource Person already trained by NIEPA (identified by the State and UT for further training of school heads and other functionaries). An exemplar methodology for selection of KRPs is at Annexure-I. The details on the number of KRPs and SRPs required for each state and UT is enclosed at Annexure-II. These KRPs and SRPs will directly train teachers and school heads. Therefore, the Master trainer layer has been eliminated. This will help in reducing the high percentage of communication loss that occurs due to many layers.

Expected Outcomes: 
The following quantifiable outcomes have been envisaged to be achieved after the completion of integrated teachers’ training:
  1. 100 % government elementary teachers will be trained.
  2. 100% Head Teachers, Head Masters, and Principals will be trained
  3. 100 % SCERT and DIET faculty will be trained.
  4. 100 % BRCCs and CRCCs will be trained
Topics covered and expected outcomes
There are total 12 modules for teachers and 5 modules for school heads, which are categorized below:

1) Generic Issues including ICT and Samagra Shiksha
2) School Based Assessment
3) Art Integrated Learning
4) Pedagogy of Subjects
5) Leadership Concerns

Structure of the Modules
Each module will have the following structure:
Learning Objectives
Brief introduction about the subject area
Class specific Learning Outcomes in the subject area- An Overview
A brief on the pedagogies to be used for achieving the learning outcomes
Example of a whole chapter/theme (from NCERT Textbook)- transaction modalities focusing on 


a) Introduction of the chapter/theme- linking Learner’s day to day experiences with the theme
b) Learning outcomes to be achieved through the theme/chapter (pedagogies preferred for achieving the learning outcomes)
c) Conduct of in-built activities using learner centered approach
d) Perspective of in-built evaluation
e) Examples should be such that show integration of general issues (diversity, values, etc.,) wherever appropriate.
f) Exercises – why different types of questions? Why some are open ended and divergent?
g) How to address issue of multilingualism if arise during the session/class?

Activities for the KRPs/Teachers
a) Make a classroom plan for transacting one or two themes/chapters from one or two textbooks (NCERT) linking it with learning outcomes.
b) Develop an activity, which will focus on enhancing gender sensitivity/inclusion/environmental sensitivity/scientific temper and integrating it with subject-specific theme.

  1. The Candidate should be mentally and physically fit for overall supervision of day to day transactions, maintenance of registers, stocks, up keeping the retail outlet etc.
  2. Only male candidates shall apply.
  3. For the post of shop supervisor, the candidate must possess Bachelor’s Degree, Preference shall be given to individuals with B.Com qualification and with computer knowledge.
  4. For the post of shop salesman, the candidate must pass intermediate.
  5. The candidate must have completed 21 years of age and should not have completed 40 years of age as on 01/07/2019.
  6. The candidate for the post of shop supervisor shall be the native of the mandal in which the shop is located and the candidate for the post of shop salesman shall be native of the local body in which the shop is located. They must produce proof of identity viz. Aadhar / Voter ID / Ration card etc.
  7. 20% of the shops will be reduced and remaining shops only will be established.
  8. Original certificates of educational qualifications, Date of Birth, Caste/Community , Nativity Certificates shall be produced during the time of selection for verification.
  9. The employment is purely temporary and on outsourcing / contract basis. The tenure of employment is one year period. The corporation reserves the right to terminate the services of shop supervisor (SS) or shop salesmen (SSM) at any point of time.
  10. Last date for submission of applications online is 25-08-2019.
