1. Go to UIDAI Official ebsite http://uidai.gov.in
2. Search for Aadhaar Authentication History on the Page
3. You find it in Aadhaar Services Section, Click on it
4. Now enter your 12 Digit Aadhaar Number in the box
5. Enter Capcha Number thers after entering Aadhaar Number
6. Click on Generate OTP
7. Authentication Type select All
8. Select Date Range ( Maximum 6 Months )
9. Number of Records select 50
10. Enter OTP there
11. You Get the Details of usage as List
