Some clarifications from STO about Employee Data Sheet..

1. 3 coloumn Education Qualifications: ప్రస్తుత పోస్ట్ కు సరిపడేవి రాయాలి.
2. 5 coloumn Family members: if nomination date 23.4 రాయాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు.
3. Annual Income 23.12 చూయించాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు.
4. 25 Regularisation Details:
5. Date of declaration of probation నందు రెండు సంవత్సరాల తర్వాత Date రాయాలి 
6. Ex 17.10.2002 App date
7. 17.10.2004 pro date  అవుతుంది.
8. 8 coloumn: PRC 2015 రాయాలి. Basic pay as per January salary రాయాలి. February Increment వారు Feb salary particular రాయాలి.
9. DA coloumn లో DA amount తో పాటు 18.340 రాయాలి బ్రాకెట్లో చూయించాలి.
10. 9 coloumn Loan details రాయాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు.
11. *10 coloumn Leave details నందు Vacation post అని రాయాలి.
