This portal has been developed under the guidance of Department of Financial Services (Ministry of Finance), Department of Higher Education (Ministry of Human Resource Development) and Indian Banks Association (IBA). The portal has been developed and being maintained by NSDL e-Governance Infrastructure Limited. ఆర్థిక పరిస్థితి సరిగా లేని విద్యార్థులకోసం కేంద్రప్రభుత్వం ప్రధానమంత్రి విద్యా లక్ష్మీ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ లోన్ స్కీమ్‌ని ప్రవేశపెట్టింది. ఈ లోన్ పొందాలంటే వివరాలు ఏంటో తెలుసుకోండి ప్రధానమంత్రి విద్యా లక్ష్మీ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ లోన్ స్కీమ్ ద్వారా పేద విద్యార్థులకు ఆర్థిక సాయం చేసేందుకు కేంద్రప్రభుత్వం చర్యలు చేపట్టింది. ఆర్థికస్థోమత తక్కువగా ఉన్నవారు పైచదువులు చదివేందుకు ఈ లోన్ సదుపాయం చక్కగా ఉపయోగ పడుతుంది. ఇందులో 22 వేర్వేరు విద్యారుణాలున్నాయి.

- విద్యార్థులు ఖచ్చితంగా భారతీయులై ఉండాలి.
- విద్యార్థుల తల్లీదండ్రులు ఆదాయ సర్టిఫికెట్స్ ఉండాలి.

- ముందుగా.. www.vidyalakshmi.co.in వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో మన పర్సనల్ డీటెయిల్స్ ఫిల్ చేయాలి.
- మన డీటెయిల్స్‌ని బట్టి ఎంతవరకూ లోన్ పొందొచ్చో తెలుసుకోవచ్చు.
- మన వివరాలు చూసి పరీక్షించిన బ్యాంక్స్ మనం లోన్ తీసుకునేందుకు అర్హులో.. కాదో తెలియజేస్తాయి.
- ఒకవేళ మనం అర్హులైతే నగదు నేరుగా మనం ఇచ్చిన అకౌంట్‌లో చేరుతుంది. ఒకవేళ మీ అప్లికేషన్ హోల్డ్‌లో ఉంటే.. మన నుంచి బ్యాంక్ అదనపు వివరాలు కోరుతుందని అర్థం.
- ఆ సమయంలో ఏమైనా వివరాలు మనం పొందుపరిచామో లేదో ఒకసారి మళ్లీ చెక్ చేసుకోవాలి.
