Submission of Online Application Form for IIIT Basara Admission 2019

Application process for IIIT Basara contain mainly 3 steps
  1. Fee Payment
  2. Filling Application Form Online
  3. Printing of Application Form
Fee Payment Process : Candidate can pay Fee Online through TS Online Services of by using Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking Services

Fee Payment through TS-AP Online

  1. Enter the valid URL; the following screen will be displayed. Enter valid User Name, Password
  2. and click on Login button as shown in the below screen.
  3. After click on Login button, the following screen will be displayed. Then select the “List of Services” link as shown in the below screen.
  4. After clicking on “List of Services” link following screen will be displayed. Then select the
  5. “RGUKT BASAR UG Admission 2019 Fee Payment” Service link as shown below.
  6. After clicking on “RGUKT BASAR UG Admission 2019 Fee Payment” Service link following screen will be displayed. Enter all the details then click on Show Payment button as shown below.
  7. After clicking on “Show Payment” button, the following screen will be displayed. Check the
  8. “Acceptance” check box then click on “Confirm Payment” button as shown in the below screen.
  9. After clicking on “Confirm Payment” button, the following Receipt will be displayed.
  10. Click on Print button for taking the printout of the Receipt and click on List of Services button for go back to Services Page as shown in the below screen.

Fee Payment through Debit/Credit Card
  • Candidates can make Online Fee Payment through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking Mode through our Website Link https://admissions.rgukt.ac.in/adm/ug.
  • When you click on “Show Payment” Button as shown in the screen below.
  • After filling the mandatory details in above screen then click on “Show Payment” button, the control will lead you to the Online PAYMENT GATEWAY where you can select the mode of payment credit card or debit card or net banking as shown in the screen below.
  • After the relevant option is selected by the candidate, click on the button “Confirm Payment” and the control will automatically take you to the BANK PAYMENT GATEWAY 
  • (NOTE: During the Payment processes, DO NOT double click on buttons or click on Back / Refresh buttons or DONOT close the Browser web page abruptly; instead maintain patience as prompted on the screen).
  • Clicking on Credit Card button, the following page will be displayed, fill in all the credit card details and click on Pay Now button as shown in the screen below.
  • The confirmation of successful payment of Registration Fee is shown with the “Transaction is successful” message along with Payment ID.

Filling Application Form
  1. On your Internet Browser (preferably Google Chrome) type the website address http://admissions.rgukt.ac.in/adm/ug press ENTER button and you will see the following screen displayed in the computer.
  2. When you click on “Apply Now” Button, the following screen will be displayed.
  3. By clicking on “Apply” button, the following login page will be displayed. Enter Application ID,10th Hall Ticket Number in respected fields.
  4. After Submitting, the following Application Form will be displayed. Enter all the mandatory details in respective fields and click on Preview / Submit button.
  5. After clicking on “Preview Application” button, the following screen will be displayed.Click on “Edit Application” for editing candidate information and “Submit & Print Application” for submitting the application.
  6. After clicking on “Submit&PrintApplication” button, the following screen will be displayed with
  7. submitted details of the student. Please note the “Application ID” for fee payment process.

Print Application Form
For print copy of the submitted application form, click on “Print Application Form” button as shown in the screen below.
