How to Submit Application for Postal Ballot 



  1. Teachers employees who are in the Telangana Muncipal Elections need to visit official website of Election Commission, Telangana 
  2. Visit www.tsec.gov.in/postalballot/newuser
  3. Click on Postal Ballot System for ULB Elections
  4. Click on click here for new employee registration
  5. A new form will be opened on screen.
  6. Enter Employee ID/Mobile Number
  7. Enter Password
  8. Re-Enter Password
  9. Enter captcha code
  10. Click on Register and Login button
  11. After successful registration system will show the Employee Login Screen.
  12. In that go to Services tab and Click on Apply for Post Ballot
  13. Select Election Duty (PO/APO/OPO).
  14. Enter Employee Number, Order Number, Employee Name, Mobile Number, EPIC ID, Electoral Serial Number Resident District, Resident ULB, Election duty district, Whether to send postal ballot paper to Home/Office address, Upload address proof.
  15. Click On Submit Button.
  16. Once the employee submit the details, Employee can monitor the Status.
  17. Election Commission will issue the Postal Ballot. 
  18. This status can be shown in employee login.
  19. If Election Commission accepts the postal ballot application then employee can view the postal ballot.
