General Instructions: All public, aided and private un-aided schools in the state should follow the 'Advanced-Guidelines' for digital education by the National Council for Educational Research and Training (NCERT), Government of India. The following prescribed format and Adopted digital education in line with e-learning hours.

Suggestions: The following specific instructions have been issued to explain the various roles. Stakeholders in government and government-aided schools, follow the alternative academic calendar prepared by SCERT and implement online / digital education as directed against the following stakeholder roles:

Role of Headmasters (HMs) and Teachers:

Masters and staff must attend school every day from August 27, 2020, following the COVID-19 protocol. At the village level, HMs and teachers plan to reach out to all students using different platforms and communication networks, depending on local conditions, with a special focus on backward areas. E-learning modes, all existing students should be categorized on the following basis and students

Role of Headmasters (HMs) and Teachers:

1.  I. Students with access to T-SAT / television channels.
2.  II. Students who have access to smartphones / mobiles / laptops / computers with or without an internet connection.
3.  III. Students who do not have access to T-SAT / Television Channel or Smartphones / Mobiles / Laptops / Computers.
4. In the case of students who do not have access to television, HMs should seek the support of the Gram Panchayat or any other local government body.
5. HMs and teachers can identify locally available educated youth and avail their services if they come forward voluntarily.
6. Headmasters should ensure that textbooks and worksheets are accessible to all students.
7. Worksheets are based on the alternative academic calendar developed by SCERT and are developed in two levels for all classes in all subjects:

The new class (2020-21) will be based on the learning outcomes of the syllabus. From the fifth week, schools / teachers should prepare worksheets at their level and make them available to students. Measures should be taken for school readiness in coordination with Gram Panchayats (sanitation and hygiene, toilet maintenance and drinking water facilities, etc.).

Teacher Readiness: Teachers should assess the infrastructure available for digital education with students in their respective classes and prepare a resource mapping plan and an appropriate plan try plan for different categories of students, as described at 2.1 above. Inform parents and students in advance of the schedule for classes to be broadcast via T-SAT / Television to ensure proper use. After each class the students work on the relevant worksheets

School Role: Each teacher should prepare his own plan and appropriate teaching resources that the headmaster will integrate to form the school plan. The headmaster oversees the entire program to ensure that no student is left out.

 Role of Parents: As per schedule, warn and motivate their children to watch the lessons broadcast for the respective classes on T-SAT / Television. Internet If students use smartphones / computers with the Internetdents work on the relevant worksheets

Role of District Education Officers (DEOs): To ensure that DOS transmits to any cable operator without any interruption and to contact Direct to Home (DTH) service providers to provide T-SAT / Television connectivity. Not yet available. The DIOS / Mandal Educational Officers (MEOs) should ensure that the transmission of lessons continues uninterrupted by coordinating with local operators, as well as Transco officials, for uninterrupted power supply.

From the fifth week, schools / teachers should prepare worksheets at their level and make them available to students. DEOS issues guidelines and provides necessary assistance. The weekly review is conducted by MEOS and remedial action is taken where necessary. DEOS regularly monitors the work of relevant shareholders.

All students who have completed previous classes, i.e. from 1st to 9th class, should be promoted to the next upper class as already decided by the government and will also ensure continuity of study. Children do not have to physically attend school for admission. Children outside the school should be identified and steps taken for admission to classes appropriate to their age. Labor to identify and introduce children of migrant workers and to ensure continued access to their learning programme

2.1 హెడ్ మాస్టర్స్ (HM లు) మరియు ఉపాధ్యాయుల పాత్ర:

2020 ఆగస్టు 27 నుండి COVID-19 ప్రోటోకాల్ను అనుసరించి మాస్టర్స్ మరియు స్టాఫ్ ప్రతిరోజూ పాఠశాలకు హాజరుకావాలి.  గ్రామ స్థాయిలో, వెనుకబడిన ప్రాంతాలపై ప్రత్యేక దృష్టి పెట్టి, స్థానిక పరిస్థితులను బట్టి, వివిధ వేదికలు మరియు కమ్యూనికేషన్ నెట్వర్క్లను ఉపయోగించి విద్యార్థులందరికీ చేరువయ్యేలా HM లు మరియు ఉపాధ్యాయులు ప్రణాళిక వేస్తారు.  ఇ-లెర్నింగ్ మోడ్లు, ఇప్పటికే ఉన్న విద్యార్థులందరినీ ఈ క్రింది ప్రాతిపదికన వర్గీకరించాలి మరియు విద్యార్థుల నిర్దిష్ట లావాదేవీ ప్రణాళికలు అన్ని విద్యార్థులను చేరుకోవడానికి సిద్ధంగా ఉండాలి.

III.  టి-సాట్ / దూరదర్శన్ ఛానల్ లేదా స్మార్ట్ఫోన్లు / మొబైల్స్ / ల్యాప్టాప్లు / కంప్యూటర్లకు ప్రాప్యత లేని విద్యార్థులు.

టెలివిజన్కు ప్రాప్యత లేని విద్యార్థుల విషయంలో, హెచ్ఎంలు గ్రామ పంచాయతీ లేదా మరే ఇతర స్థానిక ప్రభుత్వ సంస్థ యొక్క మద్దతును తీసుకోవచ్చు, లేదా టెలివిజన్కు ప్రాప్యత ఉన్న విద్యార్థుల మద్దతు, మరియు విద్యార్థులు మరియు వనరులను జతచేయండి, COVID ని సక్రమంగా అనుసరిస్తారు.  19 నిబంధనలు.

HM లు మరియు ఉపాధ్యాయులు స్థానికంగా అందుబాటులో ఉన్న విద్యావంతులైన యువతను గుర్తించవచ్చు మరియు వారు స్వచ్ఛందంగా ముందుకు వస్తే వారి సేవలను పొందవచ్చు.

వర్క్షీట్లు SCERT చే అభివృద్ధి చేయబడిన ప్రత్యామ్నాయ అకాడెమిక్ క్యాలెండర్ మీద ఆధారపడి ఉంటాయి మరియు అవి అన్ని సబ్జెక్టులలోని అన్ని తరగతుల కోసం రెండు స్థాయిలకు అభివృద్ధి చేయబడ్డాయి:

కొత్త తరగతి (2020-21) సిలబస్ యొక్క అభ్యాస ఫలితాలపై ఆధారపడి ఉంటాయి.  ఐదవ వారం నుండి పాఠశాలలు / ఉపాధ్యాయులు వారి స్థాయిలో వర్క్షీట్లను తయారు చేసి విద్యార్థులకు అందుబాటులో ఉంచాలి.  గ్రాంపంచాయతీలతో (పరిశుభ్రత మరియు పారిశుధ్యం, మరుగుదొడ్ల నిర్వహణ మరియు తాగునీటి సౌకర్యాలు మొదలైనవి) సమన్వయంతో పాఠశాల సంసిద్ధత కోసం చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి.

2.2 ఉపాధ్యాయ సంసిద్ధత: ఉపాధ్యాయులు ఆయా తరగతుల విద్యార్థులతో అందుబాటులో ఉన్న డిజిటల్ విద్యకు మౌలిక సదుపాయాలను అంచనా వేయాలి మరియు  పైన పేర్కొన్న 2.1 వద్ద వివరించిన విధంగా, వివిధ వర్గాల విద్యార్థుల కోసం, రిసోర్స్ మ్యాపింగ్ ప్లాన్ మరియు తగిన plan ట్రీచ్ ప్లాన్ను సిద్ధం చేయండి.  సరైన వినియోగాన్ని నిర్ధారించడానికి టి-సాట్ / దూరదర్శన్ ద్వారా ప్రసారం చేయాల్సిన తరగతులకు సంబంధించిన షెడ్యూల్ను తల్లిదండ్రులకు మరియు విద్యార్థులకు ముందుగానే తెలియజేయండి.  ప్రతి తరగతి తర్వాత విద్యార్థులు సంబంధిత వర్క్షీట్లలో పనిచేసేలా చూసుకోండి.  వివిధ ఇంటరాక్టివ్ మోడ్లు (సోషల్ మీడియా, టెలిఫోన్ మొదలైనవి) ద్వారా విద్యార్థులకు కనెక్ట్ అవ్వండి మరియు బోధించిన పాఠాలపై వారి సందేహాలను స్పష్టం చేయడానికి అందుబాటులో ఉండండి.  ఫలిత ఆధారిత, కార్యకలాపాలు, కేటాయింపులు మరియు ప్రాజెక్టుల రూపంలో విద్యార్థులకు హోంవర్క్ కేటాయించండి.

 2.3 పాఠశాల పాత్ర: • ప్రతి ఉపాధ్యాయుడు పాఠశాల ప్రణాళికను రూపొందించడానికి హెడ్ మాస్టర్ ఏకీకృతం చేసే తన సొంత ప్రణాళిక మరియు తగిన బోధనా వనరులను సిద్ధం చేయాలి.  ఏ విద్యార్థిని వదిలిపెట్టకుండా చూసుకోవడానికి మొత్తం ప్రోగ్రామ్ను హెడ్ మాస్టర్ పర్యవేక్షిస్తారు. 

2.4 తల్లిదండ్రుల పాత్ర: షెడ్యూల్ ప్రకారం, టి-సాట్ / దూరదర్శన్లో, ఆయా తరగతుల కోసం ప్రసారం చేసిన పాఠాలను చూడటానికి వారి పిల్లలను హెచ్చరించండి మరియు ప్రేరేపించండి.  Internet విద్యార్థులు ఇంటర్నెట్తో స్మార్ట్ఫోన్లు / కంప్యూటర్లను ఉపయోగిస్తే, సంబంధిత సైబర్ భద్రతా జాగ్రత్తలు నిర్ధారించబడతాయి.

తల్లిదండ్రులు ముఖ్యమైన వాటాదారులు కాబట్టి అవసరమైనప్పుడు తల్లిదండ్రులు / సంరక్షకుల ఉనికిని నిర్ధారించాలి.  సరైన సిట్టింగ్ భంగిమ కూడా నిర్ధారిస్తుంది.

2.5 జిల్లా విద్యాశాఖాధికారుల పాత్ర (డిఇఒఎస్): డిఓఎస్ ఎటువంటి కేబుల్ ఆపరేటర్లను ఎటువంటి అంతరాయం లేకుండా ప్రసారం చేయడానికి మరియు డైరెక్ట్ టు హోమ్ (డిటిహెచ్) సర్వీసు ప్రొవైడర్లను సంప్రదించి, టి-సాట్ / దూరదర్శన్ కనెక్టివిటీని అందించేలా చూసుకోవాలి.  ఇప్పటికీ అందుబాటులో లేదు.  డియోస్ / మండల్ ఎడ్యుకేషనల్ ఆఫీసర్స్ (ఎంఇఒఎస్) నిరంతరాయంగా విద్యుత్ సరఫరా కోసం స్థానిక ఆపరేటర్లతో, అలాగే ట్రాన్స్కో అధికారులతో సమన్వయం చేయడం ద్వారా పాఠాల ప్రసారం అడ్డంకి లేకుండా కొనసాగుతుందని నిర్ధారించాలి. 

 ఏదైనా అంతరాయం గమనించినట్లయితే, వారు సంబంధిత ఏజెన్సీలతో సమన్వయం చేయడం ద్వారా వెంటనే దాన్ని పరిష్కరిస్తారు.  ER SCERT చేత నాలుగు వారాలపాటు అభివృద్ధి చేయబడిన వర్క్షీట్లు, ఇ-లెర్నింగ్ మోడ్కు ప్రాప్యత లేని ప్రతి విద్యార్థిని చేరుకోవడానికి చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి.  అటువంటి సందర్భాలలో నిరంతర వ్యక్తిగత పర్యవేక్షణ కూడా నిర్ధారించబడుతుంది.

ఐదవ వారం నుండి పాఠశాలలు / ఉపాధ్యాయులు వారి స్థాయిలో వర్క్షీట్లను తయారు చేసి విద్యార్థులకు అందుబాటులో ఉంచాలి.  DEOS మార్గదర్శకాలను జారీ చేస్తుంది మరియు అవసరమైన సహాయాన్ని అందిస్తుంది.  వారపు సమీక్ష MEOS చేత నిర్వహించబడుతుంది మరియు అవసరమైన చోట పరిష్కార చర్యలు తీసుకోబడతాయి.  సంబంధిత వాటాదారుల పనిని DEOS క్రమం తప్పకుండా పర్యవేక్షిస్తుంది.

 2.7 ప్రవేశాలు: I I నుండి VI తరగతులకు ప్రవేశ ప్రక్రియను 2020-21 విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి ప్రారంభించవచ్చు.  Ad అడ్మిషన్ల సమయంలో, పరిశుభ్రత మరియు శారీరక దూరం యొక్క కోవిడ్ -19 సంబంధిత నిబంధనలను అనుసరించడానికి జాగ్రత్త తీసుకోవాలి.

Class మునుపటి తరగతులు పూర్తి చేసిన విద్యార్థులందరూ, అంటే 1 నుండి 9 వ తరగతి వరకు, తదుపరి ఉన్నత తరగతికి పదోన్నతి పొందేలా చూడాలి, ఇప్పటికే ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించినట్లు మరియు అధ్యయనం యొక్క కొనసాగింపు కూడా నిర్ధారిస్తుంది.   ప్రవేశం కోసం పిల్లలు శారీరకంగా పాఠశాలకు హాజరు కానవసరం లేదు.  పాఠశాల వెలుపల ఉన్న పిల్లలను గుర్తించి, వారి వయస్సుకి తగిన తరగతుల్లో ప్రవేశానికి చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి.  Labor వలస కార్మికుల పిల్లలను గుర్తించడానికి మరియు ప్రవేశపెట్టడానికి మరియు వారి అభ్యాసానికి నిరంతర ప్రాప్యతను నిర్ధారించడానికి ప్రత్యేక ప్రయత్నాలు చేయాలి.

ప్రత్యేక అవసరాలున్న పిల్లలను (సిడబ్ల్యుఎస్ఎన్) గుర్తించి పాఠశాలల్లో చేర్చుకోవాలి.  అన్ని ప్రవేశాలు ఎప్పటికప్పుడు సమగ్రా విద్యా వెబ్సైట్లోని 'చైల్డ్ ఇన్ఫో అప్లికేషన్'లో నమోదు చేయబడతాయి.
