Telangana Group II Notification 2022 | TSPSC Online Application | Vacancies Details

 Applications are invited Online from qualified applicants through the proforma Application to be made available on Commission’s website (https://www.tspsc.gov.in) to the posts of Group-II Services in the State of Telangana. Submission of ONLINE applications starts from Dt. 18 /01/2023. Last date and time for submission of ONLINE applications is upto 5.00 PM on 16/02//2023. The payment of Fee will be accepted upto 5:00 P.M of last date for submission. Hall Tickets can be downloaded from 7 days prior to the examination.

  1. Applicants are requested to keep the soft copy of the following documents ready while uploading their Applications and updating the OTRs.
  2. Aadhar Card /Voter ID / Pass Port / Driving License / Service ID Cards with (Photograph issued by Central/State/PSU/Public Limited Companies) / Passbook with (photograph by Bank / Post Office) / PAN Card.
  3. Educational Qualifications i.e., SSC, Intermediate, Degree, Post Graduation etc.,
  4. Study (Bonafide) / Residence Certificate (1st to 7th Class period).
  5. Community Certificate (SC/ST/BC), Non-Creamy Layer Certificate in case of BCs issued by the competent authority of Telangana Government.
  6. Income certificate for the Financial Year prior to the year of application issued by the competent authority of Telangana Government for claiming EWS reservation.
  7. Certificates claiming Sports & PH reservation, and age relaxation for Ex-Servicemen.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must possess the requisite qualifications as detailed below, specified in the relevant Service Rules, indented by the Department, as on the date of Notification.

Municipal Commissioner Gr.III in Municipal Administration Department: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from any University in India established or incorporated or Under a Central Act or a Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institutions recognized by the University Grants Commission or any other equivalent qualification.

Assistant Commercial Tax Officer in Commissioner of State Taxes Department: Shall possess a Degree of any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or its equivalent qualifications.

Naib Tahsildar in Land Administration Department: Shall possess a Degree of any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission.

Sub-Registrar Grade-II in Registration and Stamps Department: Must possess a Degree of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, State Act or a Provincial Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission

Assistant Registrar under the control of Commissioner for Co-operation & Registrar of Co-Operative Societies: Must possess a Degree of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, or a State Act or any other recognized equivalent qualification.

Assistant Labour Officer in Commissioner of Labour Department: Must possess a Degree of any University in India established or incorporated by or a State Act or any other equivalent recognized qualification.

Mandal Panchayat Officer [Extension Officer] in Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department: Must have possessed a Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University recognized by the UGC or an equivalent qualification.

Prohibition and Excise Sub Inspector in Prohibition and Excise Department: Must possess a Degree awarded by any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act of a State Act or any Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or any other equivalent qualification.

Assistant Development Officer in (Handlooms and Textiles) Department: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree of a University in India established or incorporated by or Under a Central Act, Provisional Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or an equivalent qualification.

OR

Must possess a diploma in Textile Technology or a diploma in Handloom Technology issued by the Telangana State Board of Technical Education or

an equivalent qualification.

Assistant Section Officer in General Administration Department: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or an equivalent qualification.

Assistant Section Officer in Legislative Secretariat: Must hold a Degree of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, a Provincial Act, or a State Act or by an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission.

Assistant Section Officer in Finance Department: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics or Economics or Commerce from any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or an equivalent qualification

Assistant Section Officer in Law Department: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act, or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or an equivalent qualification

Assistant Section Officer in Telangana State Election Commission: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from any University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission or an equivalent qualification.

District Probation Officer Gr- II in Juvenile Correctional Services & Welfare of Street Children Department: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or Psychology or any graduation with M.A., in Social Work or Psychology or M.A with Specialization in Criminology or Correctional Administration from a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central
Act, Provincial Act or a State Act.

Assistant BC Development Officer in BC Welfare DepartmentMust possess a Bachelor’s Degree of a University in India or an equivalent qualification.

Assistant Tribal Welfare Officer/Assistant Tribal Development Officer in Tribal Welfare Department: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree of a University in India established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, Provincial Act or a State Act or an Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission.

Assistant Social Welfare Officer/Assistant Scheduled Caste Development Officer in Scheduled Caste Development Department: Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree of a University in India or an equivalent qualification.

The following certificates / documents must be submitted by the candidates at the time of verification of certificates.

  7. Certificate of Residence (where the Candidate has not studied in Educational Institution) (1st to 7th Class period) obtained from competent authority of Telangana Government.
  8. Declaration by the Unemployed (For claiming exemption from payment of exam fee).
  9. No Objection Certificate from Employer (even if employed at any later stage of recruitment).
  10. Service Certificate (If any employee claimed Age relaxation).
  11. Certificate claiming sports reservation.
  12. Certificate claiming Ex-servicemen for age relaxation.
  13. Community Certificate for BCs, SCs & STs (Issued in the name of candidate with Father Name is only acceptable.) obtained from competent authority of Telangana Government.
  14. Non-Creamy Layer Certificate for BCs as per Form- VIIB vide G.O. Ms. No. 34 BC Welfare (OP) Department Dt.08/10/2015 and G.O. Ms. No. 20 BC Welfare (OP) Department Dt.31/10/2017 (Certificate issued in the name of candidate as S/o OR D/o is only acceptable.) obtained from competent authority of Telangana Government.
  15. Income certificate for the Financial Year prior to the year of application issued by the competent authority of Telangana government for claiming EWS reservation.
  16. In case of PH Candidates, Visually Handicapped / Hearing Disability & Hearing Impairment / Orthopedically Handicapped / Multiple disabilities, certificates should be obtained from Competent Medical Authority in SADAREM format relevant to them.
  17. Any other certificate required as per this Notification.
