Step-by-Step Process to Use the App
1. Attendance Submission
- Click on the Attendance tab before session starts.
- Enter the following:
- Date of Training
- Session Time (Morning/Afternoon/Evening)
- Trainer Name
- Training Location/Venue
- In-time & Out-time
- Tap Submit
2. Pre-Test (Before Training)
- Tap Start Pre-Test
- Answer 10–20 MCQs
- Once done, tap Submit
- Note: You can’t retake the pretest
3. Post-Test (After Training Completion)
- Tap Start Post-Test
- Complete the test based on training content
- Submit your responses
- Post-test is important for certification eligibility
4. Certificate Download
- Tap Certificate Download
- Choose the completed training name
- Your certificate will be generated in PDF format
- Save/download it or access anytime via My Documents in the app
