The appended notification shall be published in the Extra-Ordinary issue of the Telangana Gazette.

The Commissioner of Printing, Stationery and Stores Purchase (Printing Wing) Department is requested to cause publication of the notification in the Telangana Extra Ordinary issue of Telangana Gazette and furnish 500 copies of the Notification to Government in Panchayat Raj and Rural Development Department.

NOTIFICATION

1. In exercise of the powers conferred on me under Article 243 K of the Constitution of India and read with sub-section (1) of section 200 of the Telangana Panchayat Raj Act, adapted in Telangana State as per G.O.Ms.No.9, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (Mandal) Department, Dated.12.09.2014, I, E.S.L Narasimhan, Governor of Telangana hereby constitute a State Election Commission.
