- Trainings to the SMC/PRI Members should be conducted only on convenient dates to the Participants. The issues such as Crop Season, Jatharas and other issues shall be considered while planning Mandai Level trainings.
- A meeting with District line departments, and Mandai Educational Officers shall be conducted before starting of the trainings at Mandai Level.
- A training batch must be planned for (80) members to (100) members per batch.
- Separate Urdu Trainings also shall be conducted for Urdu medium schools simultaneously with Telugu Trainings.
- The Course Director through CRPs must inform all the Participants in writing well in Advance.
- Sectoral Officers of the District Project Office, DRPs, DLMTs and HMs should be allotted as observer for monitoring of the programme.
- MRG and CRPs shall conduct the training programme at MandaI Level in a suitable venue
- MPs, MLA, ZPTCs and MPPs may be invited to the inauguration of the trainings
- Sarpanches and other Public Representatives, Philanthropists shall be felicitated at the trainings.
- Resolution may be made to announce to make the villages as OSC free Villages.
- Donors list shall be prepared and should be written on the schools.
- A Flex banner may be got printed to be used at training centre by the District Project office.
- Training to the PRI memberslSMC members should be treated as very important activity to take keep change in Gross root Level on Education System and Implementation of RTE 2009.
- SMC members and PRI members shall be motivated towards the Schools for as responsible personnel to achieve targets i.e. Bangaru Telangana & KG to PG Education.
- The trainings should be given utmost publicity through print and electronic Media
