GO MS No 11 Enhancement of Cooking cost for MDM in Telangana w.e.f 01.07.2015

GO MS No 11 Dt 01.03.2016 Enhnacement of MDM Cooking cost in Telangana School Education – Mid Day Meal Programme – Enhancement of cooking  cost w.e.f 01.07.2015 – Further Orders – Issued.

O R D E R:

1. In the reference 2nd read above, orders were issued for enhancement of the cooking cost under National Programme of Mid Day Meal Scheme by 5% w.e.f. 1.7.2015 as per the Government of India norms issued vide reference 1st read above. 
2.                   In the reference 3rd read above, the Government of India has further informed that it has been decided to increase the cooking cost under National Programme of Mid Day Meal Scheme by 7.5% w.e.f. 1st July 2015. 
3.                  In the reference 4th read above, the Director of School Education, Telangana, Hyderabad has furnished proposals for further enhancement of cooking cost by 2.5% w.e.f. 1.7.2015 as the cooking cost has already been enhanced by 5% vide reference 2nd read above. 
4.                 After careful examination of the proposal, Government hereby further enhance the Cooking Cost from Rs.4.76 to Rs.4.86 for Primary Schools and Rs.6.64 to Rs.6.78 for Upper Primary Schools as agreed by the Government of India and Cooking Cost from Rs.6.64/- to 6.78/- for Classes IX & X w.e.f. 01.07.2015, subject to release of funds from Government of India. 
5.   This Order issues with the concurrence of Finance (EBS.IV) Department vide their U.O.No. 1715/37/EBS IV/SE/2016, dt: 17.02.2016.
