Telangana State School Education Department Commissioner and Directorate of School Education has released DEECET previously called as TTC OR DIETCET Notification for the year 2022 and for Academic process of 2022-23 in Telangana. What are the Eligibility Conditions fo DIETCET 2023 ? 
  1. Candidate should be of Indian Nationality.
  2. The candidates should satisfy the Local / Non Local status requirements as laid down in the Telangana Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order, 1974 as amended from time to time.
  3. Candidates should have secured a rank in TSDEECET 2023 and should satisfy the educational qualifications as shown at 5 (D) below for allotment of Seats in Government DIETs and Category ‘A’ and ‘B’ seats in Private Elementary Teacher Education Institutions. For obtaining a rank, candidate belonging to “OC” and “BC” Communities shall secure 35% marks in TSDEECET. For Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes there shall be no minimum qualifying marks for allotment of seats reserved under the respective categories. That is to say, candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Communities should secure 35% of marks for consideration against seats under OC/ NCC / Defence Personnel or their children and spouses / Sports category.
Educational Qualifications:
  1. For all seats in all Government DIETs and Private Un-aided Elementary Teacher Education Institutions:
  2. The candidate should have passed or appeared for the Intermediate Examination (Qualifying Exam) or its equivalent as decided by the TSDEECET Committee for appearing at the TSDEECET 2023. However, she / he should have passed the qualifying examination by the time of admission.
  3. The candidates should have secured 50% of marks in aggregate in the Qualifying Examination for appearing at the TSDEECET 2023  The minimum percentage of marks in the case of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and Physically Challenged candidates shall however be 45%.
How to Upload Online Application form for DEECET 2023 ?
  1. The candidates shall first download the ‘Information Bulletin’ free of cost from the TSDEECET website http://deecet.cdse.telangana.gov.in, go through it carefully and satisfy their eligibility for appearing for TSDEECET, 2023
  2. The candidate after satisfying herself/himself about the eligibility criteria for TSDEECET shall pay a fee of Rs. 350.00 through payment gateway service provided on http://deecet.cdse.telangana.gov.in from The candidate has to give the required preliminary data (i.e. Name of the candidate, Date of birth, Gender, and mobile phone number) at the Payment Gateway. On receipt of fee the candidate shall be  issued  a  ‘Journal  Number’  with  which  she/he  can  proceed  with submission of application online. Issue of Journal Number does not mean that the candidate has completed submission  of application online. It is only a confirmation of the fee received.


Download of Hall Tickets for Telangana DEECET 2023
Candidates may download their Hall Tickets online from http://tsdeecet.cgg.gov.in from the dates to be notified on the website. Candidates may keep viewing the website for information on dates of download of Hall Tickets. In case any candidate cannot download the Hall ticket during the dates notified for download of Hall Tickets, she/he should contact the help line by giving the details of the Journal Number of the fee paid and the reference ID number of the application submitted.


 What is the Criteria for issue of Rank Cards for DEECET 2023 ?
The marks along with rank of the candidates will be hosted medium wise on the
web-site http://deecet.cdse.telangana.gov.in on the date to be notified later.
15. Convener reserves the right to take all actions to ascertain genuineness of
certificates of candidates and genuineness of candidates themselves at any stage of
admission or during course of study in case already admitted.

Process to Allotment of Seats in DEECET 2023 
  • All the sanctioned intake of seats for D.El.Ed Programme in Government DIETs, the Category ‘A’ (80% of the sanctioned intake) of Private Un-aided Non-Minority Teacher Education institutions and the Private Unaided Minority Teacher Education Institutions opting for admissions under Single Window - 1 (SW-1) shall be filled by the Convener, TSDEECET 2022. Such seats shall be allotted to the eligible candidates as given at 5 above and on the basis of rank obtained in TSDEECET 2022 by following the provisions of Rule 6 (IV)(A) and Rules of Reservation as laid down in Rule 7 of G.O.Ms.No. 10 School Education (Prog.II) Department Dt.12.04.2017 and G.O.Ms.No.8, School Education (Prog.II) Department Dt.28.03.2018.
  • The Category ‘A’ (80% of the sanctioned intake) of Private Unaided Minority Teacher Education Institutions opting for admissions under Single Window - 2 (SW-2) shall be filled by the Convener, TS DEECET AC 2022 to be notified later. Such seats shall be allotted to the eligible candidates as given at 5 and on the basis of rank obtained in TS DEECET 2021 by following the provisions of Rule 6 (IV)(B) and Rules of Reservation as laid down in Rule 7 (i) of G.O.Ms.No.10 School Education (Prog.II) Department Dt.12.04.2017 and G.O.Ms.No.8, School Education (Prog.II) Department, Dt.28.03.2018.
  • The Category ‘B’ (20% of the sanctioned intake) of Private Un-aided Non-Minority Teacher Education institutions and the Private Unaided Minority Teacher Education Institutions shall be filled by the managements by the candidates who satisfy the educational qualification as given at 5(D) above and on the basis of rank obtained in TS DEECET 2021 by following the procedure given at Rule 6 (V) of G.O.Ms.No.10 School Education (Prog.II) Department Dt.12.04.2017 and G.O.Ms.No.8, School Education (Prog.II) Department, Dt.28.03.2018. Admissions made under Category ‘B’ are subject to approval of Convener TSDEECET 2022.

Method of admission into DIET Colleges through DEECET 2023 
The General guidelines for admission of thee candidates into D.El.Ed / D.P.S.E programme shall be as follows:
(1) TS DEECET is a Common Entrance Test for admission into both D.El.Ed and D.P.S.E Programmes.
(2) D.EI.Ed is offered in three media i .e. Telugu, English and Urdu. The candidates opting for any particular medium (Telugu /English / Urdu) shall exercise their option in the online application for appearing for TS DEECET 2023 in that particular Medium Only.
(3) D.P.S.E. Programme is offered only in English Medium. Therefore, candidates appearing for TS DEECET 2023 in English Medium will only have option to seek admission in D.P.S.E. along with D.EI.Ed.,
(4) The admissions into all Government DIETs and Category ‘A” seats of the Private Unaided Teacher Education Institutions shall be made through a Single Window System in the order of merit on the basis of medium-wise rank assigned in TS DEECET 2023 and to the extent of sanctioned seats through Web Based Admission Service provided by the Convener TS DEECET 2022 or Convener TS DEECET AC 2023 as the case may be.

(5) All the seats in Private Un-aided Non-Minority /Private Un-aided Minority
Institutions offering D.El.Ed Programme shall be filled as follows:

(a) All the Category A seats shall be filled by admitting the candidates as allotted by the Convener TS DEECET 2023 in case of Private Un-aided Non-Minority institutions and in case of Private Un-aided Minority Institutions by the Convener of TS DEECET 2022 / TS DEECET-AC 2023 depending upon the option exercised by the Institutions and as per the Rules applicable as laid down in Rule 6 and Rule 7 of G.O.Ms.No.10, School Education (Prog.II) Department, Dt.12.04.2017 and G.O.Ms.No.8, School Education (Prog.II) Department, Dt.28.03.2018 .
(b) All the Category ‘B’ seats shall be filled by the respective Institutions with the eligible candidates as given at 5 above. Admissions under Category ‘B’ shall be done duly following the procedure laid down in Rule 6 (V) of G.O.Ms.No.10, School Education (Prog.II) Department, Dt.12.04.2017 and G.O.Ms.No.8, School Education (Prog.II) Department, Dt.28.03.2018 .
(c) The Admission of the candidate made in Private Un-aided Non-Minority / Private Un-aided Minority (Under Single Window 1 and 2) Elementary Teacher Education Institutions under Category ‘B’ shall be subject to approval by the Convener TSDEECET 2022
