How to Prepare April 2019 Salary Bill 

1. April నెల వేతనాలు కొత్త వెబ్సైట్ లో నే చెయ్యాలి
2. పాత వెబ్సైట్ నుండి మొత్తం employees data. కొత్త వెబ్సైట్ కు మార్చబడింది
3. మనం ముందుగా కొత్త వెబ్సైట్ లో. ఉన్న HR section లో  Employee master దగ్గర  
4. Bill ID wise గా మన employee list correct గా ఉందా అని చెక్ చేసుకోవాలి 
5. Employee వరుసలో చివరన view/edit ఉంటుంది 
6. అది క్లిక్ చేసి employee personal data చూడవచ్చు
7. అందులో ఏమి మార్చవలసిన అవసరం లేదు
8. Bill ID wise గా employee list కరెక్ట్ లేకుంటే. STO లో సంప్రదించాలి
9. కరెక్ట్ గా ఉంటే Bill section లో. Bill ఎంట్రీ లోకి వెళ్లి ఈ నెల bill prepare చేసి సబ్మిట్ చేయవచ్చు ప్రింట్తీ సుకుని  ప్రింట్ కాపీ STO లో submit చెయ్యాలి
10. Form 47 షెడ్యూల్ Bill details  బ్యాంక్ అకౌంట్ slip  అన్ని ఒకే pdf లో వస్తాయి
