The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) Applications are invited on-line from the eligible applicants for admission into various Teacher Education programmes, viz. (i) B.Sc.B.Ed. (4-year), (ii) B.A.B.Ed. (4-year), (iii) M.Sc.Ed.
(6-year), (iv) B.Ed. (2-year), (v) M.Ed. (2-year), (vi) B.Ed. M.Ed. (3-year) run under Regional Institutes of Education. The on-line application form is available w.e.f. 12/04/2019 to 12/05/2019 at www.cee.ncert.gov.in. NCERT is conducting RIE CEE 2019 for the centralized online admission process for the mentioned courses: B.Sc B.Ed., B.A. B.Ed., M.Sc. Ed., B.Ed., M.Ed., B.Ed.-M.Ed.(Integrated). RIE CEE 2019 examination is for RIEs- Ajmer, Bhopal, Mysuru, Shillong, Bhuvaneshwar, PRARAMBH (School of Teacher Education) Jhajjar, Haryana. Also, note that there is no B.Ed. Course in RIE Bhopal for the Academic Year 2019. The exam is likely to be held on June 09, 2019. Candidates will have to fill the RIE CEE 2019 Application Form as the first step of admission in RIE. RIE CEE 2019 Important Dates Schedule


The RIE CEE 2019 will be conducted as per the schedule. Candidates will have to apply online to appear in RIE CEE 2019. Candidates who want to apply for the RIE CEE 2019 have to fill the application form before the last date of the application process as mentioned in the schedule below. MHRD NCERT RIE CEE 2019 Eligibility

Eligibility for B.Sc.B.Ed.
  1. Candidates seeking admission to Physical Science Group must have passed with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) (M stands for Mathematics or Statistics) and those seeking admission to Biological Science Group (CBZ) must have passed Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) (B stands for Biology or Biotechnology) at +2 level.
  2. Candidates must have passed +2 / Hr. Sec./ Sr. Sec. or any equivalent examination recognized by University/ Board with at least 50% marks in aggregate of qualifying examination (relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates). The qualifying examination should be recognized by the affiliating universities of the RIEs.
  3. Candidates who have passed +2 / Hr. Sec./ Sr. Sec. or any equivalent examination in 2017, 2018 and appearing/ appeared in 2019, only.

Eligibility for M.Sc.Ed.
  1. Candidates seeking admission to M.Sc. Ed. (Physics/ Chemistry /Mathematics) must have passed with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) (M stands for Mathematics or Statistics) at +2 level.
  2. Candidates must have passed +2 / Hr. Sec./ Sr. Sec. or any equivalent examination recognized by University/ Board with at least 50% marks in aggregate of qualifying examination (relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates). The qualifying examination should be recognized by the affiliating university of RIE Mysuru (University of Mysore).
  3. Candidates who have passed +2 / Hr. Sec./ Sr. Sec. or any equivalent examination in 2017, 2018 and appearing/ appeared in 2019 only will be considered.

Eligibility for B.A.B.Ed.
Candidates must have passed +2/ Hr. Secondary/ Sr. Secondary or equivalent examination in Science and Commerce streams or in Arts streams with at least 50% marks in aggregate (relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates) in 2017, 2018 and appearing/ appeared in 2019.

Eligibility for B.Ed.
Candidates with at least 50% marks in Bachelor’s Degree and /or in the Master’s Degree in Science/ Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science or Mathematics or in Bachelor’s Degree and /or in the Master’s Degree in Social Science/Humanities are eligible for admission to the programme (relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates).

Eligibility for M.Ed.
Candidates seeking admission to the M.Ed. Programme should have obtained at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade (relaxation by 5% for SC/ ST/ PwD Candidates) in the following programmes / courses from any University / College / Institute recognized by affiliating universities:

1. B.Ed.
2. B.A.B.Ed./B.A.Ed./, B.Sc.B.Ed. /B.Sc.Ed.
3. B.El.Ed.
4. D.El.Ed. with a Bachelors degree in Arts/Science (With 50% marks in each)

Eligibility for B.Ed.M. Ed (Integrated)
A post graduate degree in science / social science/ humanity from a recognized institution with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade (relaxation by 5% for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates)

MHRD NCERT RIE CEE 2019 Application Form
The application form for RIE CEE-2019 has started . The candidates are required to fill the form online. Candidates will be able to fill the application form online from the official website i.e. www.ncertcee.kar.nic.in and follow the instructions carefully. Before filling the details candidate would need to register using valid email id and mobile no. After the candidate has registered successfully he/she can fill the application form according to the steps to be followed.
Note: The Application form once submitted cannot be withdrawn.
Application Fee: The fee for the application is Rs. 900/- for General and OBC and Rs. 450/- for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.

How to Apply Online for REI CEE 2019 


  1. Registration – Register yourself by following the link “Registration Form” in the
  2.  CEE-2019 website at www.cee.ncert.gov.in. The last date for registration is 12th May, 2019. For the Registration you need a valid e-mail id & mobile number
  3. User Credentials: After you complete the registration you will be send a onetime password/user credentials to the registered mobile.
  4. Login: Login to the CEE-2019 website at www.cee.ncert.gov.in using user name/e-mail id and the password sent to your registered mobile number.
  5. Registration Number: On login you will be able to see your registration number and user name on the top right hand corner.
  6. Applicant’s Index Page: On login you will see the applicant’s Index Page. Please read the instructions given there carefully and click Next
  7. Applicants Basic Details Page: This will take you to the applicant’s basic details page. Please fill the details here. If you are physically handicapped remember to choose the category, if you are applying for Prarambh, Jhajjar, Haryana select the category, if you are from Hyderabad Karnataka remember to select the same. NTSE awardee should mention the year of passing. Then click Save & Next.
  8. Confirm the Data: This will take you to the Confirm Screen/page asking you to check all the basic information data provided by you. If you are satisfied, you can proceed by clicking OK if not please click cancel button and make the necessary correction. Once you click "SUBMIT" button, you will not be able to make any further changes in the "Basic Information Page" If everything is correct please check the box indicating that “I have checked all the basic information provided by me and is correct” and then click the "SUBMIT" button


Integrated Course RIE CEE 2019 Hall Tickets 
The candidates have to download the admit card by using login credentials online. The admit card includes the name, photograph, roll number, signature, date of birth, address, the category of the candidate, along with the name and address of the examination centre allotted. The admit card can be downloaded from the same online application system web link by using their initial login credentials. The candidate will have to bring the admit card to the examination centre. Only those candidates who will be holding admit cards will be allowed to appear in the examination.

Syllabus and Exam Pattern for RIE CEE 2019
Separate Questions will be administered for the following groups:
Group-A
→ B.Sc.B.Ed./ B.A.B.Ed./ M.Sc.B.Ed.
Group-B
→ B.Ed./B.Ed.-M.Ed.(Integrated)
Group-C
→ M.Ed.
Level of question paper will be as given below:
Group-A
→ The level of questions will be such as expected of the candidate completing higher secondary/senior secondary education
Group-B
→ The level of questions will be such as expected of the candidate completing graduation
Group-C
→ The level of questions will be such as expected of the candidate completing graduation and professional education level
For all the groups, areas to be tested are
→Language Proficiency
→Teaching Aptitude/Attitude
→ Reasoning Ability.
No. of test items-80, Time Duration-120 minutes.
Out of 80 questions, Language Proficiency in English 20 questions, Teaching Aptitude/Attitude 30 questions and Reasoning Ability 30 questions.
Medium of Test Booklets – only in English and Hindi (except for language proficiency)
Only one set of booklet will be given for each group.
Correct answer(s) will carry 2 marks each, Wrong answer(s) will carry negative marking of (minus) -0.5 marks each and Question(s) unattended will carry no marks.

Syllabus
Language Proficiency indicating specific areas like comprehension, rearranging sentences, selecting suitable words for the blanks, finding out errors in parts of the sentences, finding out equivalent meaning to the given phrases, finding out suitable words for the incomplete sentences, sequencing, grammar which includes synonyms, antonyms, idioms, prepositions, tenses, articles.
Teaching Aptitude will cover specific areas like attitude towards education, children and teaching profession; interest in teaching; leadership qualities & group management; emotional & social adjustment; intrapersonal & interpersonal skills; and general awareness of contemporary issues pertaining to school education.
Reasoning Ability indicating specific areas like verbal non-verbal reasoning, missing numbers, number series, letter series, theme finding, jumbling, analogy, odd one out, arranging the statements in a sequential form, statement and conclusions, syllogism, logical problems, establishing relationships.
