  1. When thirsty, drink warm water.
  2. Do yoga, pranayama and meditation for at least 30 minutes every day.
  3. Make sure to include turmeric, cumin, coriander and garlic in your diet.
  4. Drink ayurvedic tea made with basil, cinnamon, black pepper, thyme, currants etc. Also, you can add jaggery or fresh lemon juice depending on your taste.
  5. Drink half a spoon of turmeric in 150 ml of milk once or twice a day.
  6. Take sesame oil / coconut oil / ghee near the nostrils. Do this in the morning and evening.
  7. Take a tablespoon of sesame oil / coconut oil in your mouth and whisk for two to three minutes and then rub. Rinse the mouth immediately with lukewarm water. This work can be done twice a day.
  8. In case of dry cough, inhale water vapor mixed with mint leaves or anise seeds once a day.
