KV Schools Kendriya Vidyalaya Admissions 2021-22 New Guidelines Apply Online

Online Registration for Admission to Class I in Kendriya Vidyalayas for the Academic Year 2021-22 will commence at 10:00 am on 08.04.2021 and will close at 7:00 pm on  The Admission details can be obtained through website https://kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in and also through Android Mobile App.
The official Android Mobile App for KVS Online Admission for Class I for the academic year 2021-22 and instructions for downloading and installing the App will be available at https://kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in/apps/ The app will be available at the above URL and also at the Google Play Store. Parents are requested to go through the instructions for using the portal and mobile app carefully before using them. It is time for admissions in Kendriya Vidyalayas (KV). This year’s process has been somewhat delayed due to covid pandamic .The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangh on Sunday given a notification to complete admissions in all classes except Intermediate from May 1 to May 31 for the 2021-22 academic year.

The candidate can study up to Intermediate if joins the class 1 , where it has very much competition every year to get seats. If the vacancies are in the tens, the applications are coming in hundreds and thousands.  Application Deadline: Admission to Class 1 is open online from 10 a.m. on the 1st of next month until 7 p.m. on the 19th.  Vacancies from Class II to Class IX will be accepted offline between the 8th and 15th of next month. Vacancies in Intermediate will be filled within 30 days of the release of CBSE Class X results



Age Limit: 
Must be five years old by March 31, 2021 for admission to Class I. Only those between the ages of five and seven have admission to one class.


Seats are as follows: 
Each Kendriya Vidyalaya has 40 seats per class. 40 seats will be filled in one class. Each section has 40 seats.There are two sections in Nallapadam KV which can accommodate up to 80 people.


Four priorities 
Central government employees in the admissions, the candidates belongs to  the field of defense will be given first preference. Central affiliates .. State Government employees ..Preference will be given to employees of state government affiliates and those in single-parent families. Members of Parliament, Priority will be given in admissions to students recommended by members of the Rajya Sabha, Union Ministry of Human Resources and KVS officials. Ordinary people will be lucky if they get a place.


If you get a seat in RTE, it is free ..: 15 % seats will be reserved for SCs .. 7.5 % seats will be reserved for STs and 3% seats will be reserved for Divyangs. The rest seats will be allocated to others categories. According to the provisions of the National Right to Education Act (RTE), 10 seats in each class will be permitted for free tuition. Their selection will be completely by lottery through online.Admission under RTE in one class is free till the completion of schooling. SC, ST, Divyangulu .. The process of accepting applications will continue till all the seats under RTE are completely filled.


Application mode 
Apply through online For class 1 , the student has to apply online where the birth certificate, photo and Aadhaar details are Mandetory. The applications will be accepted through the website https://kvsonlineadmission.kvs.gov.in

This can be done in the Android mobile app developed by KVS.   Parents of students are required to be ready with the required  certificates in advance in view of the acceptance of applications from the 1st.Vacancies from class 2 to class 9 need to contact directly at Kendriya Vidyalayas centres.
