ZP GPF Part Final Withdraw Rules Information with Related GOs and Application Form Download

Government/ ZP Teachers Employees who have appointed under Old Pension Scheme hold ZP/Govt GPF accounts and save some amount from their Salary every month. As per their need, they can withdraw from GPF Account and it is need not to pay back. Generally GPF Part Final Withdraw allowed to the Employees and Teachers for the expenditure on Education, Medical expenses, Home Purchase, Commercial Land Purchase and Home construction. Part Final Withdrawals are all permanent, non-refundable advances from the amount stored in the General Provident Fund (GPF).

According to GPF Rule 15A (i) an employee who has completed 20 years of service or has 10 years of service remaining to retire is eligible to receive Part Final Draw from his GPF account.
In the case of household items the employee is eligible to receive the part final amount even after completing 15 years of service.

Rule 15 (A) (1) (C) also provides for partial finalization due to ill health.
No Part Final With Draw will be allowed during the last 4 months of service to obtain retirement. But may be allowed in certain special cases.

Rule 15-B Note-1 not exceeding twice in a financial year and a period of six months between one advance and another advance
There will be no recovery for the part with the final draw.

The GPF Part Final With Draw application must be submitted with Annexure Form 40 (A) in Appendix-O.
In case of home related matters, two Rs 10 bond papers should be attached with the agreement and bank details.
Part of the final amount will be deposited in the personal bank account of the employee / teacher

Booster Scheme:
Rule 30 (A) provides an additional benefit in the event of sudden death of a GPF subscriber with a balance of Rs. 8,000 for Gazetted, Rs. 6,000 for Non-Gazetted and Rs. For such persons G.O.Ms.No.42

Granting authority:
All NGOs can be sanctioned by the Drawing Officer. However the drawing will be sanctioned by the Gazetted Officer who is not the Gazetted Officer. However, if there is more than one Gazetted Officer, the officer of that office will grant all the other Gazetted Officers.
