Corona Lock Down Salary deferment Amount Payment instructions GO 61

The Telangana Disaster Management and Public Health Emergency (Special Provisions) Act, 2020- Notification under Section 6 of the Act – Orders - Issued

NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 6 OF THE TELANGANA DISASTERMANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY (SPECIAL PROVISIONS) ACT, 2020.

The pay, pension or remuneration due and payable to State Government employees including AIS Officers, public representatives, pensioners or other persons for the months of March, April and May, 2020, which was deferred in part, vide Government Orders 3rd and 5th read above, in terms of Sections 4 and 5 of the Telangana Disaster Management and Public, Health Emergency (Special Provisions) Act, 2020, shall be paid to such employees, pensioners or persons, as the case may be, in the following manner:

In respect of Pensioners, the deferred amount will be paid in two instalments in October and November, 2020.
In respect of All India Service Officers, Gazetted, Non Gazetted, Class-IV employees of State Government, Contract/Outsourcing/Honorarium/other employees and elected representatives, the deferred amount will be paid in four instalments in October, November, December, 2020 and January, 2021.
In respect of employees of all PSUs, Government aided Institutions / Organisations, their deferred portion of Salaries / Pensions / Honorarium shall be paid on par with Government employees / pensioners.
