Voter Portal is an unified open interface for the citizens who can make an online request for inclusion of their name in the electoral roll, corrections of personal particulars, shifting of residence within assembly constituency or other assembly constituency and seeking for objection or deletion of the name in electoral roll. Voter Portal also facilitates to track the application status and search your name in electoral roll.
Step 1 : Logon to www.voterportal.eci.gov.in
Step 2 : Click on create an Account under Login
Step 3 : Enter Mail ID or Mobile Number ( Better to Register with Mobile Number )
Step 4 : Click on Send OTP
Step 5 : Enter OTP and Click on Verify
Step 6 : Create Your own Password Now
Step 6 : Enter Captcha Click Agree and Conttinue
Step 7 : Now Click on Welcome
Step 8 : Enter Your Name, Surname and Select State
Step 9 : You will be redirected to Home Page of Voter Portal Website
Step 10 : Click on Home there you find Many options like New Voter Registration/ Correction in Voter ID/ Replacement of Voter ID
Step 11 : Click on Correction Voter ID
Step 12 : Click on Yes I Have Voter ID
Step 13 : Enter Voter Voter ID / EPIC Number
Step 14 : Your Details Will be Displayed Click on Save and Continue
Step 15 : Select Options You want to make corrections , Click on Save and Continue
Step 16 : Enter Correct details Upload proof documents Click on Save & Continue
Step 17 : Enter Name and Place Click on Continue
Step 18 : Form 8 will be displayed with details, Check your details and Click on Submit
Your Request will be submitted and you get Reference ID to your Mobile Number
How to Register at nvsp.in Website
- Logon to the official web portal www.nvsp.in
- Click on Login/ Register at bottom of Left side Bar
- Click on Register as New user
- Enter Mobile Number and Captcha Code
- Click on Send OTP
- An OTP Will be sent to your Mobile Number enter the OTP and Click on Verify
- Enter EPIC Number, Email ID
- Set your Password and Confirm again
- Click on Register ( Registration Completed )
How to Edit Details in Voter ID
- Login with Username ( Phone Number ) and Password
- Click on Correction in Personal Details
- Select Language State, District and Assembly Constitution
- Please Tick the entry to be corrected ( Name, Address, Date of Birth, Age Photo etc )
- Relevant Documents to be Uploaded Online
- Enter the Mobile and Email ID and Captcha Click on Submit
If You want New Card, After Login, Click on Replacement of Electors Voter Card and complete the process
