గురుకులాల్లో 9,096 పోస్టులకు గతంలోనే అనుమతులు

కొత్తగా ప్రారంభించిన గురుకులాల్లో 3వేల ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీకి సీఎం ఆమోదం

వీటికి ఆర్థికశాఖ నుంచి ఉత్తర్వులు రావడమే తరువాయి

కొన్నిరోజులుగా రాష్ట్రంలో వరుసగా ఉద్యోగ ప్రకటనలు

భారీగా ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీతో నిరుద్యోగుల్లో ఉత్సాహం

సాక్షి, హైదరాబాద్‌: రాష్ట్రంలో మరిన్ని ప్రభు త్వ ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీకి రంగం సిద్ధమైంది. ఇప్పటికే పోలీసు, గ్రూప్స్‌ కొలువులకు నోటిఫికేషన్లు జారీకాగా.. తాజాగా గురుకులాల్లో 12 వేల ఉద్యోగాలను భర్తీ చేయనున్నారు. ఈ మేరకు గురుకుల విద్యా సంస్థల నియామకాల బోర్డు (టీఆర్‌ఈఐఆర్‌బీ) చర్యలు చేపట్టింది. ఈ నెల మూడో వారంలోగా నోటిఫికేషన్లు విడుదల కానున్నట్టు ప్రభుత్వ వర్గాలు చెప్తున్నాయి.

రాష్ట్రంలో ఇప్పటికే పోలీస్‌ రిక్రూట్‌మెంట్‌ బోర్డు 17వేల ఉద్యోగాలకు నోటిఫికేషన్‌ ఇచ్చి నియామకాల ప్రక్రియను వేగంగా కొనసాగిస్తోంది. గ్రూప్‌–1, గ్రూప్‌–4 పోస్టులతో పాటు పలు శాఖల్లో ఇంజనీరింగ్‌ పోస్టుల భర్తీకి రాష్ట్ర పబ్లిక్‌ సర్వీస్‌ కమిషన్‌ (టీఎస్‌పీఎస్సీ) నోటిఫికేషన్లు ఇచ్చింది. ఇప్పుడు గురుకుల విద్యా సంస్థల్లో ఉద్యోగాలను భర్తీ చేయనున్నారు. వరుసగా నోటిఫికేషన్లు వస్తుండటం, భారీగా ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీ చేపడుతుండటంతో నిరుద్యోగుల్లో ఉత్సాహం కనిపిస్తోంది.

పెరిగిన కొలువులు..

తెలంగాణ సాంఘిక సంక్షేమ గురుకుల విద్యాసంస్థల సొసైటీ (టీఎస్‌డబ్ల్యూఆర్‌ఈఐఎస్‌), తెలంగాణ గిరిజన సంక్షేమ గురుకుల విద్యాసంస్థల సొసైటీ(టీటీడబ్ల్యూఆర్‌ఈఐఎస్‌), తెలంగాణ మైనార్టీ గురుకుల విద్యాసంస్థల సొసైటీ (టీఎంఆర్‌ఈఐఎస్‌), మహాత్మా జ్యోతిబా పూలే తెలంగాణ వెనుకబడిన తరగతుల సంక్షేమ గురుకుల విద్యాసంస్థల సొసైటీ (ఎంజేపీటీబీసీడబ్ల్యూఆర్‌ఈఐఎస్‌)ల పరిధిలో 9,096 పోస్టుల భర్తీకి గతంలోనే ఆమోదం వచ్చింది.

వాటికి సంబంధించిన ప్రతిపాదనలు ఇప్పటికే గురుకుల నియామకాల బోర్డుకు చేరాయి. తాజాగా మరో 3వేల పోస్టుల భర్తీకి సీఎం కేసీఆర్‌ ఆమోదం తెలిపారు. వీటికి ఆర్థిక శాఖ అనుమతులు జారీచేసిన వెంటనే భర్తీ ప్రక్రియ మొదలుకానుంది. దీనితో మొత్తంగా ఉద్యోగ ఖాళీలు 12 వేలకు పెరిగాయి.

12వేలకు పెరిగిన కొలువులు

సీఎం ప్రస్తుతం ఆమోదించిన పోస్టులన్నీ కొత్త విద్యా సంస్థల్లోనివే. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఈ ఏడాది కొత్తగా 33 బీసీ గురుకుల పాఠశాలలు, 15 బీసీ గురుకుల డిగ్రీ కాలేజీలను ప్రారంభించింది. మరోవైపు 119 బీసీ గురుకుల పాఠశాలలు, మైనార్టీ సొసైటీ పరిధిలో 97 పాఠశాలలు జూనియర్‌ కాలేజీలుగా అప్‌గ్రేడ్‌ అయ్యాయి. ఇలా కొత్తగా ప్రారంభించిన, అప్‌గ్రేడ్‌ చేసిన పాఠశాలల్లో బోధన కేటగిరీలో 3వేల కొలువుల భర్తీకి ప్రభుత్వం పచ్చజెండా ఊపింది.

ఏకకాలంలో నోటిఫికేషన్లు

గురుకుల విద్యాసంస్థల్లో ఉద్యోగ ఖాళీలకు ఏకకాలంలో నోటిఫికేషన్లు విడుదల చేయాలని ప్రభుత్వం భావిస్తోంది. ఇందుకు సంబంధించి అంతర్గత పరిశీలన దాదాపు పూర్తి కావచ్చింది. 9,096 పోస్టులకు సంబంధించి గురుకుల సొసైటీలు ఇప్పటికే టీఆర్‌ఈఐఆర్‌బీ (ట్రిబ్‌)కు సమర్పించగా.. రిజర్వేషన్లు, రోస్టర్‌ పాయింట్లు, ఇతర అంశాలపై లోతుగా పరిశీలన చేపట్టింది. దీనికితోడు ఇప్పుడు మరో 3వేల పోస్టుల భర్తీకి ఆమోదం వచ్చింది.

వీటికి ఆర్థికశాఖ ఓకే చెప్పగానే అన్నిపోస్టులకు ఒకేసారి నోటిఫికేషన్లు ఇస్తే నియామకాల ప్రక్రియ సులభతరం అవుతుందని ట్రిబ్‌ అధికారులు భావిస్తున్నారు. కాస్త ఆలస్యమైనా పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో పోస్టుల భర్తీతో నిరుద్యోగులకు సైతం ఉత్సాహం వస్తుందని అంటున్నారు.

చాలా వరకు బోధన పోస్టులే..

గురుకులాల్లో భర్తీ చేయనున్న 12వేల పోస్టుల్లో చాలా వరకు టీజీటీ (ట్రెయిన్డ్‌ గ్రాడ్యుయేట్‌ టీచర్‌), పీజీటీ (పోస్టు గ్రాడ్యుయేట్‌ టీచర్‌) పోస్టులే ఉన్నాయి. ఈ రెండు కేటగిరీల్లో పోస్టుల భర్తీకి ఏకకాలంలో నోటిఫికేషన్‌ ఇచ్చేందుకు చర్యలు చేపడుతున్నారు. వీటితోపాటు ప్రిన్సిపల్, జూనియర్‌ లెక్చరర్, డిగ్రీ లెక్చరర్, పీఈటీ, ఫిజికల్‌ డైరెక్టర్‌ తదితర కేటగిరీలకు వరుసగా ప్రకటనలు జారీ చేయనున్నట్టు అధికారులు చెప్తుతున్నారు. మొత్తంగా ఈనెల మూడో వారం నాటికి నోటిఫికేషన్ల జారీ మొదలయ్యే అవకాశం ఉందని వివరిస్త

Trained Graduate Teacher Qualifications:

Academic Qualifications: B.A/B.Sc/B.Com with at least 50% of marks from a University recognized by the UGC. (In case of SC / ST /BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%)

AND

Pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) course with the subject concerned as a methodology subject from any institution recognized by the NCTE.

4 years B.A.B.Ed / B.Sc.B.Ed, with atleast 50% marks with the subject concerned as a Methodology from any institution recognized by the NCTE. (In case of SC / ST /BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%)

Graduation with Language concerned as one of the Optional subjects (OR) Bachelor of Oriental Language (or its equivalent) (OR) Graduation in Literature (OR) Post Graduation in Language concerned from a University recognized by the UGC with at least 50% AND Language Pandit Training Certificate / B.Ed. with Language concerned as one of the Methodologies from any Institution recognized by NCTE, in respect of Language Teachers. (In case of SC / ST /BC / Differently abled candidates, the minimum marks shall be 45%)

AND

Pass in Paper II of Telangana State Eligibility Test (TSTET) / Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET)/Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET)
