TS MDM updated Mobile Application for Attendance - Updat now
Telangana State School Education Department launching TS MDM App to upload daily Attendance of the students who have taken Mid Day Meals every day. Headmasters need to Download the TS MDM App from Google Play Store and Login with UDISE Code and password. Headmasters of every school in Telangana have to Download MDM App and Login to enter the Mid Day Meals Programe details.
How to Download the TS MDM Mobile Application from various Sources ?
- Headmasters need to Download the TS MDM Mobile App from Google Play Store by searching TS MDM
- Headmasters may Download the TS MDM App from ISMS Website till made available in the Google Play Store
- TS MDM App may Download from www.schooledu.telangana.gov.in/ISMS
- This service Applicable for School MEO DEO and State Login
- HGMs MEOs DEOs and state users can use their Username and Passwords which are used in IFMS Portal
Details to be updated by Headmasters
- CCH workers details community wise should be entered on 1st of every month
- Students Attendance details should be entered every day before 11:59 PM. If these details not freezed in time, pending details updation option will be available at MEO level only
- MDM uilised students count number of eggs served count with category wise ( Gen/SC/ST ) should be entered

✅తేదీ 26.7.2022 (మంగళవారం) నుండి వినియోగంలోకి వచ్చిన MDM app గురించి కొన్ని ముఖ్యమైన సూచనలను దిగువన తెలియజేస్తున్నాము.
✅MDM app ను ప్రతి ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుడుతో పాటు MDM Incharge లేదా మరియొక ఉపాధ్యాయుడు వారి యొక్క ఆండ్రాయిడ్ మొబైల్ ఫోన్లో తప్పనిసరిగా Download చేసుకోవాలి.
✅ ప్రతిరోజు 11.59am కంటే ముందుగానే MDM కి సంబంధించి, ఆ రోజున...

✅ఒకవేళ ఏదేని సాంకేతిక కారణాల వలన 12 గంటల లోపుగా మీరు అప్లోడ్ చేయడం వీలుకాకపోతే వెంటనే మీ MISCO/CCO లకు ఫోన్ చేసి వివరాలు తెలియజేయాలి.
✅ లేనియెడల MRC నుండి online call మీకు వచ్చి వివరణ కోరుతుంది.
✅ మీ వివరణ online లో Record అవుతుంది.
✅ఒక వారంలో మీరు ఎన్ని రోజులు నిర్ణీత సమయంలో వివరాలను అప్లోడ్ చేయలేదో...ఆ సమాచారం అంతా పిడిఎఫ్ రూపంలో DEO గారికి వెళుతుంది.
✅ అప్పుడు వెంటనే DEO గారి నుంచి మీకు Explanation call for చేయబడుతుంది.
✅ కావున దయచేసి MDM వివరాలను upload చేయడం Mandatory work గా,Most Important గా భావించి Ensure చేసుకోవాలి.
💥 దీనికంటే ముందుగా MDM app లో Default గా ఉన్న మీ పాఠశాల విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య వివరాలను సరిచూసుకోవాలి.
✅ అందులో మీ పాఠశాలకు సంబంధించిన ISMS వెబ్సైట్లో నమోదు కాబడిన విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్యను మాత్రమే చూపిస్తుంది.
✅ అందువలన మీరు విధిగా ISMS వెబ్సైట్లో ఉన్న విద్యార్థుల వివరాలను తరగతి వారీగా ప్రింట్ అవుట్ తీసుకొని తరగతి ఉపాధ్యాయుల చేత లేదా మీరే స్వయంగా విద్యార్థుల హాజరు పట్టికను ముందు ఉంచుకొని Cross check చేసుకొని సరి చూసుకోవాలి.
✅విద్యార్థుల హాజరు పట్టికలో ఉన్న పేర్లు ఆన్లైన్లో లేకపోతే తక్షణమే అట్టి విద్యార్థుల వివరాలను ఆన్లైన్లో నమోదు చేయాలి.
✅ ఆన్లైన్లో ఉన్నటువంటి పేర్లు విద్యార్థుల హాజరు పట్టికలో లేకపోతే అట్టి విద్యార్థులను డ్రాప్ బాక్స్ లో పడవేయాలి.
✅ అనగా ఆన్లైన్లో నమోదు కాబడిన విద్యార్థులు మాత్రమే విద్యార్థుల హాజరు పట్టికలో Reflect కావాలి.
✅ పేర్లు, సంఖ్య సరిపోల్చబడాలి. దీనికి ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు పూర్తి బాధ్యత వహించవలసి ఉంటుంది.
✅ ఒకవేళ విద్యార్థుల హాజరు పట్టికలో విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య ఎక్కువగా ఉండి, విద్యార్థుల హాజరు కూడా ఎక్కువగా ఉండి, ఆన్లైన్లో సంఖ్య తక్కువగా ఉంటే, మధ్యాహ్న భోజనం నిర్వాహకులు నష్టపోతారు.
✅ ఎందుకనగా మీరు MDM app లో నమోదు చేసే నమోదు చేసే విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య కనుగుణంగానే Default గా MDM Bill's Generate అవుతాయి.
✅ దయచేసి ఇట్టి విషయాన్ని ప్రథమ కర్తవ్యంగా, ప్రాథమిక బాధ్యతగా, Important activity గా భావించి అప్డేట్ చేసుకోవాలి.
💥 సాంకేతిక సమస్యలు ఏమైనా ఉంటే MIS కోఆర్డినేటర్/ సి సి ఓ/ ఎంఈఓ గారలను సంప్రదించాలి.
