 Online applications are invited from eligible Indian Citizens for filling up various Posts of Constituent Units of Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) through Direct Recruitment / Training Scheme. Online applications are invited for the post of Technical Officer/C in the following disciplines with educational / technical qualifications such as M.Sc., M.Lib., B.E. / B.Tech. from a recognized University / Board of Technical Education of Central or State Government. Online applications are invited for the post of Technician/B in the following trades with Educational / Technical Qualifications from a recognized Board of Technical Education of Central or State Government. Online applications are invited for Category-I Stipendiary Trainee in the following disciplines with educational / technical qualifications from a recognized University / Board of Technical Education of Central or State Government. Diploma should be 3 years after SSC or 2 years after HSC / ITI / B.Sc. Candidates undergoing / completed M.Sc. Integrated course and applying for Post Code No.TR-01 to TR-06 shall produce B.Sc. degree Certificate.

HOW TO APPLY

  1. Candidates are required to apply online through https://barconlineexam.com. No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.
  2. Candidates who have not acquired the mandatory / requisite educational qualification as on the closing date for receipt of on-line application need not apply. No correspondence or clarification will be entertained on this matter.
  3. Candidate should read the instructions in the advertisement and online application form carefully before making any entry or selecting any option.
  4. Only one application should be submitted for one post. Candidates should submit separate application for each post, if they intend to apply for more than one post. Before submitting on-line application, candidates are required to register themselves by clicking on one time registration tab.
  5. Before filling application form, candidates should keep ready the necessary documents / certificates required. Candidate is required to fill up personal details and details of post applied for etc. and upload recently taken front facing passport size photograph with Proper Plain Background.
  6. Candidates are required to have a valid email ID and mobile number which should be kept active throughout the currency of this recruitment. Candidates are required to download the Admit Card from the website of BARC. No correspondence will be sent through post/courier.
  7. Instruction for uploading Photo and Signature: Photo: Image should be of size 165 x 125 pixels in jpg/jpeg format and should not exceed 50 KB; Signature: Image should be of size 80 x 125 pixels in jpg/jpeg format and should not exceed 20 KB
  8. The candidate must ensure that their photo and signature is clearly visible in preview at the time of filling of application in online mode. If photo/signature displayed is small or not visible in preview on website, that means photo/signature is not as per the required format, the application will be rejected. Therefore candidates must ensure that photo and signature are clearly visible.

  11. Before clicking the submit button, the candidate is advised to check all the details filled in are correct. Candidate may also ensure that name, date of birth, etc. are entered correctly in the application form as per Secondary School Certificate (SSC). Any incorrect information may disqualify candidature. After final submission of application no request for change/correction in any of the information in the application form shall be entertained under any circumstances.
  12. After submitting the online application form candidates are required to take print / save copy of the online application form and preserve it till the document verification/all the selection process completes.
  13. Candidates are advised to submit the online application much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection/ inability or failure to login to the website on account of heavy load on the website during the closing days.


ADMISSION TO EXAMINATION

Facility to download Admit Card will be made available well before the examination on the website of this Centre https://barconlineexam.com. Candidate must bring printout of the Admit card to the Examination Hall.

In addition to the Admit Card, it is mandatory to carry at least two passport size front face recent colour photographs and any of the following Original valid Photo-ID proof having the Date of Birth as printed on the Admit Card:
(a) Aadhaar Card/ Printout of E-Aadhaar,
(b) Voter’s ID Card,
(c) Driving Licence,
(d) PAN Card,
(e) Passport,
(f) Employer ID Card (Government / PSU),
(g) Ex-Serviceman Discharge Book issued by Ministry of Defence,
(h) Any other photo bearing ID Card issued by the Central/ State Government.

If Photo Identity Card does not have the date of birth printed on it, then the candidate must carry an additional original document (e.g. Matriculation Certificate, Marks Sheet issued only by CBSE/ ICSE/ State Boards; Birth Certificate) in proof of their date of birth. Candidate must ensure that their date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY) mentioned in the application match with the valid ID Proof, failing which, the candidate will not be allowed to appear in the Computer Based Test. Any other document mentioned in the Admit Card shall also be carried by the candidates while appearing in the Computer Based Test.

Candidates working under the Central / State Government / Public Sector Undertakings, if called for Interview / Skill Test should submit a “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” from their employer. No extension of time shall be provided for production of NOC.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
  • The vacancies are provisional and subject to variation. Department reserves the right to fill up the post or even to cancel/ restrict/ modify / alter the whole process of recruitment without issuing any further notice or assigning any reason thereof.
  • The candidates will be given choice to answer the questions in Computer Based Test / Skill Test / interview in Hindi or English (as applicable).
  • The eligibility criteria including educational qualification and experience, if any as prescribed in the advertisement will be determined with reference to the closing date of receipt of on-line applications.
  • SC/ST outstation candidates called for Computer Based Test / Skills Test / Interview (as applicable) will be paid to and fro travelling allowance of sleeper class / second-class railway fare by the shortest route (subject to production of tickets) as per Rules, provided the fare of first 30 kms (rail or road) shall be borne by the candidates. However, Travelling Allowance is not admissible to those SC/ST candidates who are already in Central/State Government services, Central/State Government Corporation, Public Sector Undertakings, Local Government Institutions and Panchayats and the concession availed from Railways, if any. TA reimbursement will be subject to the production of self attested copy of SC/ST Caste certificate and tickets/e-ticket.
  • The validity of the panel will be one year from the date of preparation of Panel. Candidates empanelled under WAIT LIST will be offered appointment ONLY in case, candidate in the SELECT LIST does not join.
  • Selected candidates are liable to serve in any part of India, in any constituent unit of the Department of Atomic Energy.
  • The nature of duties to be performed by the candidates on appointment involves working in round-the- clock shift duties, in operational plants and areas.
  • The candidates appointed will be governed by the National Pension System.
  • In case Universities/Board award letter grades/CGPA/OGPA/SGPA, etc., the same will have to be indicated as equivalent percentage of marks as per the norms adopted by that University/Board. In the absence of the same the candidature will not be considered.
  • Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC category should clearly indicate their category in the application (even when applying for UR vacancy) and should furnish proof of their category in the specified format at the time of Computer Based Test / Skill Test / Document verification / Interview (as applicable).
  • Reservation as per Government Rules has been made for all PwBD identified posts. Accordingly other posts for which reservation is not made are non-identified posts for PwBD.
  • Ex-servicemen who have already secured employment in civil side under Central Government on regular basis after availing the benefit of reservation given to them for their re-employment are NOT ELIGIBLE for claiming benefits of reservation under ex-servicemen category.
  • Candidate must write Registration Number, Roll Number, registered Email-ID and Mobile Number along with name, date of birth and name of the examination, while addressing any communication to Help Desk. Communication from the candidate not furnishing these particulars shall not be entertained.
  • Record of candidates not selected shall not be preserved beyond 6 months from the date of publication of panel.
  • Any amendment / information relating to this recruitment shall be made available on the website. Information displayed on the website shall be deemed as intimation to the candidates. Hence candidates must regularly check the website.
