The Government of Andhra Pradesh has released the official AP Teachers Transfers 2025 Guidelines under G.O.Ms.No.22, dated May 20, 2025. All eligible Government, ZPHS, MPP, and Municipal school teachers can apply for transfers online through the official portal https://cse.ap.gov.in.

Eligibility Criteria for AP Teachers Transfers
- Applicable to Headmasters (Gr-II), School Assistants, SGTs in Govt/ZPP/MPP/Municipal schools.
- Teachers with 8+ years in a single school are subject to compulsory transfer.
- Teachers with less than 2 years of service are not eligible, except under special conditions.
Entitlement Points Calculating Method
1. Station Points:
Category I area: 1 point/year
Category II area: 2 points/year
Category III area: 3 points/year
Category IV area: 5 points/year
2. Service Points:
1 point per completed year of service as of 31st May 2025
3. Special Points:
5 points for spouse in govt job
5 points for unmarried women teachers above 40 years
2 points for NCC/Scouts with service record
Special Provisions:
Male teachers under 50 working in girls’ high schools to be compulsorily transferred
Teachers under disciplinary action are not eligible
Non-applicants under compulsory transfer will be posted in Category IV areas
Vacancy Guidelines:
Vacancies include:
- Retirement-based
- Reapportionment-based
- Long leave
- Unauthorized absences (1+ year)
- Transfers-in-progress resultant vacancies
