Who is Eligible for Thalliki Vandhanam Scheme?
The student must be studying in a recognized school (Govt./Private Aided) in Andhra Pradesh.
The mother/guardian must have a valid Aadhaar-linked bank account.
Attendance of the student must be at least 75%.
The family must fall below the poverty line (White Ration Card holders).
