Government of Andhra Pradesh has initiated to support the Farmers Financially to decrease the debts burden as well as to eradicate poverty. The Scheme Annadatha Sukhibhava is going to be launched on 20th June, 2025 as Promised before elections by the parties now in ruling in the state. Government has done Field Work to prepare eligible Farmers list to Transfer the First Installment of Rs. 7000/- under the Farmers Welfare Scheme, Annadatha Sukhibhava. Eligible criteria norms have been decided by the State Govt.
Eligibility Conditions for the Farmers Welfare Scheme
- Should be resident of Andhra Pradesh
- Age should be above 18 Years
- Should be owner of land not more than 5 Acres and Tenant farmers with a crop cultivator Rights Card are also eligible
- Should not be a Income Tax Payer, Govt Employee, retired employee, and should not be those who are receiving pension more than Rs. 10,000/-

Payment Structure and Disbursement
- The Total Annual Assistance under the scheme per family of Rs. 20,000/- will be split into three installments
- First Installment will be disbursed on 20.06.2025 of amount Rs. 7,000/- ( Rs. 2,000/- PM Kisan + Rs.5,000/- State Share )
- Second Installment will be paid in the month of October of Rs. 7,000/- ( Rs.5,000/- + 2,000/- )
- Third Installment will be disbursed in the month of January 2026 ( Rs.6,000/- )
e-KYC & Eligibility
- Only farmers who complete e‑KYC by June 20 will receive payments; failure to update may result in loss of up to ₹20,000 across the instalments .
- Farmers can complete e‑KYC through Krishi Seva Kendras, banks, or PM-Kisan portal/app with Aadhaar authentication .

- Complete e‑KYC by June 20 via OTP, biometric verification, or the PM-Kisan portal/app.
