Total 100 meritorious students will be selected through online screening test.50 Candidates will be admitted directly who are below 31 years of age and have cleared previously the Civil Service(Prelims) Examinations.The admitted candidates will get Rs.5000/- per month for Lodging & Boarding and Transportation purpose & Rs.5000/- Book Fund will be provided for the purpose of Study material for one time. Library facility also provided.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ONLINE & OFF-LINE APPLICATION
1. The aspirant who was earlier qualified for Civil Service (Mains) previously, are eligible for admission directly at TGBCESDTC, Saidabad, Hyderabad Study Circle.They need not apply online or to attend Online Screening Test.They will be admitted directly without online Screening Test.
2. Other candidates have to apply and upload relevant documents and to attend Online Screening Test to be conducted on 12.07.2025.
3. Annual income of the parent/ guardian/ family for the financial year 2025-26 will be below Rs.I. 50 Lakhs per annum in rural area and Rs.2.00 Lakhs per annum in urban areas.
4. Aspirants should not be employed or pursuing any other courses in any educational Institution during the year 2025-26, since this is a full-time course.
5. Aspirants should not have availed any similar coaching sponsored by Govt., of Telangana elsewhere i.e., in SW/BC/TW/Minority Welfare Departments.
6. Aspirant sshould have completed atleast their Graduation.
7. Aspirants should also be eligible as per the norms prescribed by the UPSC for appearing the Civil Services Examination, 2026. After applying Civil Services Examination,2026 they have to submit the acknowledgement of the application to this Institution.
8. If any candidate fails to apply Civil Services Examination, 2026, and if he/she does not produce admit card/Hall Ticket in this office, such candidates will be removed from the admission list and also liable forrecover of stipend& Book fund.

Selection Procedure for UPSC CIVILS Prelims and MainsOnline Screening Test will be conducted as per the General Studies Syllabus of the Civil Services Prelims inEnglish medium onIy. Therewill be 100 questions in General Studies, International Relations,CurrentAffairs, Reasoning, Arithmetic, English comprehension as per UPSC Exams pattern.The date, timings and venue of the Online Screening Test will be communicated to the candidates as per the Hall-ticket which can be downloaded from the website.
