TSSA IERTs RECRUITMENT NOTIFICATION ON CONTRACT BASIS




TSSA has released Recruitment Notification for IERTs at MRC in Telangana State on Contract basis for 2014-15 Academic Yr.Qualification details,Application,Syllabus,Exam Pattern and Selection Criteria is as below.



Instructions to the candidates applying for Inclusive Education Resource Teacherfor the year 2014-15
  1. A Centralized notification will be issued by SPO; the selection process will be done by the District Project Office only.
  2. The process of engagement of IERTs in the vacant posts is for academic year of 2014-15 only and it is purely temporary and on contract basis. Should anybody be found neglecting his/ her duties, he/she can be terminated without notice.
  3. Candidate should apply in his/her district only.
  4. APSSA is inviting applications from the candidates who have passed their Degree or Diploma in Special Education or equivalent course as prescribed by the Rehabilitation Council of India to work as Inclusive Education Resource Teacher to teach to the CWSN, temporarily on contract basis for a limited period.
  5. The candidates, if selected, should have to work in the mandals and they have to enter into contract with the APSSA before they are given placement orders.
  6. The candidates should have passed Special B.Ed or D.Ed in Special Education by the date they applied to the
  7. post.
Qualification prescribed by the RCI, New Delhi to work as Resource Teachers as follows.

  1. M.Ed. Special Education.
  2. B.Ed Special Education.
  3. B.Ed Integrated Course.
  4. Bachelors/Masters in Rehabilitation Sciences.
  5. Diploma in Teaching Young Hearing Impaired.
  6. Junior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf.
  7. PG Diploma in Special Education.
  8. Senior Diploma in Teaching the Deaf.
  9. Diploma in Vocational Rehabilitation with 6 months certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs.
  10. Diploma in Special Education/D.T.Ed.with Dip in Spl. Education.
  11. Secondary level Teacher Training Course in Visual Impairment.
  12. Diploma in Hearing and Language and Speech with 6 months certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs.
  13. Associate Degree in Spl Education.
  14. Senior Diploma in Spl Education.
  15. Diploma in Vocational Training in mental Retardation with 6 months certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs.
  16. Diploma in Early Childhood Special Education with 6 months certificate course in Education of Children with Special Needs.
  17. Junior Diploma in Spl Education.
  18. Any other equivalent qualification approved by RCI.
Selection Criteria: 

Selection will be done on the basis of marks obtained in the written test (100 marks). Merit- list will be prepared basing on the written test marks secured by the candidate. The duration of written test will be for 2 hours i.e from 10:30 to 12:30 noon.

Photo copies of the following certificates shall be enclosed to the application duly attested by the Gezetted Officer.

  1. 1.     Marks memorandum of SSC (proof for date of birth).
  2. 2.     Marks memorandum of Board of Intermediate Education.
  3. 3.     Marks memorandum of Degree.
  4. 4.     Marks memorandum of Special B.Ed Degree
  5. 5.     Provisional/ Pass Certificate of Special D.Ed (1st 2nd Year)
  6. 6.     Provisional/ Pass Certificate of Special B.Ed
  7. 7.     RCI Registration Certificate
  8. 8.     Study certificate from the college in which the professional Degree or Diploma completed.
  9. 9.     Nativity Certificate/ Study Certificate 4th to 10th class
  10. 10.  Candidates shall affix her/ his recent photo and shall sign on the photo.
  11. 11.  Caste certificate (if they claim reservation)
  12. 12.  Disability certificate issued by the District Medical Board (if they claim reservation under PH category or parent of CwSN) and such other documents as required by the candidate.

General Instructions
  1. No TA and DA will be paid to the candidates who are attending to the interview.
  2. The selected candidates should have to work on full time basis with the AP SSA.
  3. Candidates selected to work as IE Resource Teacher shall have to undergo all such trainings, which will be arranged by APSSA.
  4. The State Project Director, AP SSA reserves the right to cancel/postpone the entire recruitment process at any time.
  5. Detailed job chart will be communicated after their selection.
