Terminal Holidays Prefix/ Sufix Clarifications

1. If Sankranthi/ Dasara Vacations/ Terminal Holidays do not Exceed 14 Days, then Prefix Sufix not applicable . i.e Teachers should attend to school on closing day and opening days. Otherwise all the holidays will be sanctioned as other than CL ( HPL, EL ).

*📡తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం దసరా పర్వదినాన్ని పురస్కరించుకుని పాఠశాలలకు తేది: 26.9.2022 నుండి 09.10.2022 వరకు 14 రోజులు సెలవులను 2022-23 అకడమిక్ క్యాలెండర్ లో పొందుపరచినది. సెప్టెంబర్ 25 ఆదివారం సాధారణ సెలవు కావున మొత్తం టర్మ్ హాలిడేస్ 15 రోజులు.*

*ఈ నేపథ్యంలో ఉపాధ్యాయులు టూర్ ప్లాన్,ఇతర అవసరాల నిమిత్తం సెలవుల చివరి పనిదినం (24.09.2022),రిఓపెనింగ్ డే (10.10.2022) సెలవు పెట్టుకోవచ్చునా అనే సంశయంతో కాల్ చేస్తున్నారు.ఈ అంశం పై కొంత వివరణ ఇచ్చే ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నాను.*

 Govt.Memo.No.86595/12/FR.17 తేది:29.5.1981* *మరియు FR-82 ప్రకారం  సెలవులు 15 రోజులు అంతకు మించి ఇచ్చినప్పుడు అవి వెకేషన్ గా పరిగణించబడతాయి. పాఠశాల చివరి పనిదినం (24.09.2022) ప్రిఫిక్స్, పాఠశాల రిఓపెనింగ్ రోజున (10.10.2022) సఫిక్స్ ఎదో ఒక రోజున Other Than CL (CL,CCL కాకుండా) పెట్టుకొనేందుకు అవకాశం ఉన్నది.

Note: Prefix and Suffix not  applicable when terminal Holidays more than 10 - less than 15 i.e., Teachers should attend the schools on the closing day and the opening day otherwise all the holidays including absent day are considered as other than C.L


సెలవులు 14 రోజులకు మించి ఉంటే అవి Long Term Holidays గా పరిగణించబడి Prefix Suffix Applicable అవుతుంది. అంటే సెలవు ముందు రోజుగాని, సెలవుల తరువాత రోజుగాని సెలవులో ఉంటే ఆ ఒక్కరోజును other than CL Sanction చేస్తారు.
సంక్రాంతి/దసరా సెలవులు 14 రోజులు మించకుండా , 10 రోజుల కంటే ఎక్కువ ఉన్నప్పుడు అవి Short Term Holidays గా పరిగణించబడి Prefix Suffix వర్తించదు. అంటే కచ్చితంగా పాఠశాలకు హాజరు అవ్వాలి. హాజరు కానిచో సెలవు దినములు అన్ని సాధారణ సెలవు కాకుండా ( HPL, EL ) మంజూరు చేయబడతాయి. సెలవులు 10 రోజులకంటే తక్కువ ఉన్నప్పుడు టెర్మినల్ Holidays గా పరిగణించబడవు.  ఇప్పుడు వస్తున్న సంక్రాంతి సెలవులు 7 రోజులు కాబట్టీ సెలవుఅలకు ముందు రోజు సెలవుల తరువాత ప్రారంభ రోజు CL వాడుకోవచ్చు. సెలవులు 14 రోజులకు మించి ఉంటే ( Considered as Long term Vacations ) , సెలవులకు ముందు రోజు గాని, సెలవుల తరువాత రోజు గాని సెలవు పెడితే ఆ ఒక్కరోజును మాత్రం other than CL ( EL only ) గా Sanction చేస్తారు.
