How to Apply
Those who fulfill all the eligibility criteria may apply online through AEES recruitment portal (https://aees.mahaonline.gov.in). No other means/mode of application will be accepted. Exemption from paying of application fee will automatically appear on the screen whenever the exemption category is entered in the relevant place of the application form. Candidates who are exempted from payment of application fee should mention the category at relevant place in online application form.
Candidates are required to have a valid personal email ID while applying. It should be kept active during the entire process of this recruitment. Admit Card for written test and call letter for skill test can only be downloaded only by the eligible candidates from the designated portal and printed. These will not be sent by post.
The name of the candidate, Date of Birth name etc. should be specified exactly as it appears in the class X certificate/mark sheet. Any deviation in this will disqualify a candidate.
Candidates are advised to carefully fill in the online application form. They have to scan and upload documents indicated in F.6 at the appropriate places as per instructions contained in the online application format and submit the same online. Candidates shall ensure that all the particulars filled-in are correct in all respects including uploading of their recent colour photograph and signature. Candidates may note that no alteration is possible after final submission of online application.
Scanning of the documents as mentioned above shall be done using a scanner.
Candidates are advised not to use the mobile phone’s camera/ any app for the purpose.
Otherwise the application may be rejected.
Login id and password would be provided to the candidates through e-mail and / or SMS on registration which should be preserved till completion of entire process of recruitment.

II. Proof of claim of reservation as indicated in E.15/E.16/E.17/E.18 whichever is
applicable.
III. No objection certificate, Vigilance clearance certificate, Service Certificate as per E.6, if applicable
IV. Gazette notification in case of change of name.
V. Proof of essential qualification by which candidate become eligible for the post
applied as indicated in C.2/C.3/C.4.1/C.4.2/C.5.1
VI. Recent colour photograph (in .jpg/.jpeg format)
VII. Signature (in .jpg/.jpeg format)
F.7 Candidates are required to download and print the admit card/call letter from AEES
recruitment portal (https://aees.mahaonline.gov.in). Candidates are also advisedin their own interest to view AEES recruitment portal
(https://aees.mahaonline.gov.in) and AEES website (www.aees.gov.in ) from time Page 9 of 16
to time with regard to the call letters and all other updates about this recruitment. AEES shall neither entertain any correspondence nor send separate intimation to the candidates to this effect.
F.8 Candidates in their own interest are advised, not to wait till the last hour for submission of online application. AEES shall not be responsible, if candidates are not able to submit their applications due to last minute rush.

Atomic Energy Education Society (AEES) runs 31 Schools/ Junior Colleges located at 15 centres in different parts of India. The medium of instruction in these schools is English.
