DRDO RAC Scholarships for Girls Studying B.Tech/M.Tech Online Application Form
DRDO Recruitment and Assessment Centre RAC Inviting Online Applications from B.Tech/M.Tech Studying Girls from all over India for Scholarships. There are 10 scholarships available for post graduates in the above mentioned disciplines. Selected candidates would be eligible for a scholarship of Rs 15,500 per month subject to Rs 1,86,000 per year for a maximum period of two years. Indian nationals Candidate should have secured admission in the 1st year of the current academic year (2019-20) to the relevant ME, MTECH, MSc engineering course with a minimum 60% marks in the qualifying exam (graduation level: BE/B Tech/BSc engineering or equivalent) for getting admission to the subject course as per the guidelines set by AICTE or MHRD. Candidate should also have a valid GATE score.
There are20 scholarships available for undergraduates who are in the first year of the above mentioned disciplines in BE, BTech orBSc engineering. Selected candidates would be eligible for a scholarship of Rs 1,20,000 per year or annual fees, whichever is less for a maximum period of four years. The candidate must be an Indian national and should have a valid JEE (Main) score.
As per the official notification on the RAC website, girls or women studying in first year of under graduate (BE or BTECH full time four year degree) and post graduate (MTECH or ME two year full time degree) can apply for the “DRDO Scholarship Scheme for Girls in Aerospace Engineering / Aeronautical Engineering / Space Engineering / Rocketry / Avionics / Aircraft Engineering”.
Interested candidates can apply for the DRDO Scholarship 2019 on the official RAC website from 25 July 2019 to 10 September 2019. The only mode of application available is online on the official RAC website. Interested candidates are advised to go through the official for DRDO scholarship 2019 notification available on the RAC website.
First year Under graduate (B.E./B.Tech./BSc. Engg.) scholarship (for 4-yr full time course) will be based on the merit of JEE (Main). Candidates without valid JEE (Main) score will not be considered.
First year Post graduate (M.E./M.Tech./M.Sc. Engg.) scholarship (for 2 yr full time course) will be based on the valid GATE score on merit basis. The candidates without valid GATE score will not be considered.
