NCERT Guidelines to Reopen Schools due  to Corona Covid19
The National Education Research and Training Council (NCERT) has made several recommendations on the safety of students' health care in the wake of Corona. Once approved by the central government, they are sent to the respective states. State governments can examine them and adopt to local circumstances. NCERT Recommendations to Reopen Schools in India


  1. The classes should be conducted during the shift process. Half of the class has one day, and the rest have to take classes one day.
  2. Assignments should be given individually.
  3. Names of students are written on the benches. Students should sit there.
  4. Interval should be assigned to each class separately. Between them should be 10-15 minutes.
  5. No AC classrooms are available.
  6. Classrooms and windows should always be kept open.
  7. Period wise classes should be started.
  8. First, Inter, week 9, 10, week two, 6, 7, 8, three weeks, 3, 4, 5, four weeks and 1 and 2.
  9. Nursery classes should be started late with parental consent.
  10. Students should not exchange meals and other food items with each other.
  11. Banning the sale of consumables at schools.
  12. Classes can be held in the outdoor space of the school premises.
  13. Students should be brought in installments by hostels.
  14. There should be a distance of 6 feet between each student.
