Good news for Farmers in Telangana by the State Govt on Rythu Bandhu Scheme. Those farmers who have not yet received Rythu Bandhu Scheme amount till now, they have to go to Agricultural Extension Officer in their Respective Mandal along with the following documents.

1. Any Identity Card ( Voter ID )

2. Pattadhaar Pass Book Xerox

3. Bank Account Pass Book Xerox

4. Aadhaar Card Xerox

These documents should be submitted to the AEO on or before 20th December, 2020

Agriculture Minister Niranjan Reddy said that previously the Rythu Bhandu amount creditted within 36 hours, the Rythu Bandu funds were given to all the farmers. This time, we are releasing the amount of Rs. 5000/- in installments due to corona effect. The Rythu Bandhu will be credited to the Farmers accounts in installments till January 7. The minister said the Telangana government had lost Rs 50,000 crore a year in revenue due to the corona effect. On December 28, farmer financial assistance will be credited to the accounts of farmers with less than an acre of land. After that for those who have less than two types of farm .. and then for those who have less than three types of farm .. cash will be transferred in installments. All farmers will receive cash assistance by January 7. For 45 lakh crore acres during monsoon season .. 57.90 lakh foodgrains received Rs.7251 crore Rythu Bandhu amount.

Benefiting from the Raitubandhu scheme introduced with the intention of financially supporting foodgrains. Introduced like nowhere else in the country, the scheme has already completed three seasons with the intention of helping the farmers who are in debt with crop investment. The farmer bond assistance provided by the government will be credited to the farmers' accounts from the 27th of this month. With the commencement of Yasangi cultivation, the government has released funds to provide the required investment in a timely manner. The Department of Agriculture has prepared the activity.

About Telangana Rythu Bandhu Scheme

Telanagna Govt want to make the Farmers free from debt burden and not allowing them to fall in the debt trap again, Rythu Bandhu Scheme is intended for the farmers by Government of Telangana for providing financial Support for Agriculture investments and Horticulture crops by way of grant of Rs. 4,000/- per acre per farmer each season for purchase of inputs like Seeds, Fertilizers, Pesticides, Labour and other investments in the field operations of Farmer’s choice for the crop season.

Rythu Bandhu Eligibility Criteria

Must be a resident of Telangana. This scheme is applicable to Telangana farmers only.
Must be the owner of the land. This scheme does not apply to those who do not own land.
This only applies to small, lean farmers in Telangana.
The farmer who gets this scheme
Should not have any government or private job.

How to Check Rythu Bandhu Scheme Payment Status?

Telangana State Govt Pay Rythu Bandhu amount twice in a year for financial support in order to help the farmers for investments in Kharif and Rabi both seasons. TS Government pays Rs.4000/- to each Acre twice in a year and have no limitation. Rythu Bandhu Scheme Guidelines 2020-21

The pattadars as per the digitally signed data obtained from Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA) in the Month of January 23rd 2020 (Prior to submitting the Budget proposal)
Recognition of Forest Rights (RoFR) Patta Holders as per the data shared by the Tribal Welfare Commissioner and
621 (Pattadars and enjoyers)in the land of Kasulapally Hamlet of Palitham village of Peddapalli Mandal endowment land belonging to Sri.RanganayakaSwamy Temple considering their long term enjoyment of the lands similar to ROFR lands as a special case as indicated in G.O.Rt.No.457 Agriculture and Cooperation(Agri-II) Department to the extent of data furnished by District Collector Peddapalli.
Data to be obtained from Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA) only once for the financial year and to be frozen for that year.
Data will be taken again prior to the season only to set aside sold out/Mutation cases and extents to ensure that assistance is not extended to sold out/mutated land.
Only pattadar exclusions can happen and no provision for inclusions for the financial year.
Fresh pattadars will be considered from next financial year.
The total extent owned by the individual farmer across the state will be ascertained / pooled by aadhar deduplication to ensure that farmers owning lesser extents in total shall get assistance on priority.
Assistance to be extended by transferring the amounts directly into farmer’s accounts through e-Kuber – platform by presenting bills to Rangareddy District Treasury Officer as done during previous three seasons.
Bills will be submitted in ascending order to treasury from Lower acreage to higher acreage owning farmers in case funds will be released in phases by the finance department.
The Commissioner & Director of Agriculture is authorized to issue sanction for drawl of funds from the District Treasury Office, Ranga Reddy District with respect to Rythu Bandhu funds and the Drawing & Disbursing Officer nominated from the accounts section of Commissioner & Director of Agriculture shall present the bills on his behalf in the District Treasury Office, Ranga Reddy District.
“Give it up” pattadar who intend to give up the assistance shall fill in the “Give it up” form and handover the same to the Agricultural Extension Officer /Mandal Agricultural Officer who in turn will indicate “Give it up” against the Pattadar Pass Book in the portal. In all such cases amounts will be summed up and transferred to Telangana Rythu Bandhu Samithi (TRBS) by the Commissioner & Director of Agriculture. Wide publicity shall be given at field level with respect to “Give it up” option to create awareness among the pattadars.
