Steps to enroll for Aadhar for Below 5 years
For the authentication of the child below 5 years appearing at all a guardian is required to give authentication for the particular child by giving consent for the enrollment by signing the enrolment form. As per government rules for the children between five years and 18 years of age the similar consent has to signed by the president of The guardian if there is no name document of the minor or any valid proof of relationship documents such as birth certificate which is used as a proof at the time of enrollment in the presence of head of the family. If he or she is minor can submit their school id as a valid proof if her or his name is on the card at the time of enrollment.
Identity of proof to Get Aadhaar for Kids
The Indian resident must provide a valid identity proof such as parents Aadhar or guardian at her within address proof of the residence at the time of enrollment of the child. If the candidate belongs to another they have to submit the Indian passport which is mandatory at the time of enrollment proof of Identity.
Biometric for below 5 years of age
Biometric will be captured but the candidate who are below 5 years of age as the demographical and facial expressions will match the parents UID identification. However they have to match their children 10 fingers iris and and facial when they turn 5 and 15 years . These all will be mentioned in the original Aadhar letter.

ఐదేళ్లలోపు పిల్ల‌ల‌కు Aadhaar ఎలా తీసుకోవాలి?
– ఐదేళ్లలోపు పిల్ల‌ల‌కు ఇచ్చే ఆధార్ కార్డును ‘బాల్ ఆధార్’ అని పిలుస్తారు. ఇది నీలిరంగులో ఉంటుంది. న‌వ‌జాత శిశువుకు ఆధార్ తీసుకోవాలంటే త‌ల్లిదండ్రులు ఎన్‌రోల్‌మెంట్ కేంద్రానికి వెళ్లాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
– శిశువు బ‌ర్త్ స‌ర్టిఫికెట్‌తో పాటు త‌ల్లిదండ్రుల్లో ఒక‌రి ఆధార్ కార్డును ప్రూఫ్‌గా అందించాలి. అలాగే త‌ల్లిదండ్రుల నివాస ధ్రువీక‌ర‌ణ ప‌త్రం కూడా అవ‌స‌రం.
– ఐదేళ్లలోపు పిల్ల‌ల బయోమెట్రిక్ డేటాను తీసుకోరు. ఐదేళ్లు నిండే వ‌ర‌కు పిల్ల‌ల చేతికి వేలిముద్ర‌లు స‌రిగ్గా ఏర్ప‌డ‌వు. కాబ‌ట్టి బయోమెట్రిక్ డేటా తీసుకోవ‌డం సాధ్యం ప‌డ‌దు. అందుకే శిశువు ఆధార్‌ను త‌ల్లిదండ్రుల ఆధార్‌కు లింక్ చేస్తారు.
ఐదేళ్ల త‌ర్వాత ఎలా అప్లై చేయాలి?
– ఐదేళ్లలోపు ఇచ్చిన ఆధార్‌కార్డు నంబ‌ర్‌లో ఎలాంటి మార్పు చేయ‌రు. కాక‌పోతే ఆధార్ వివ‌రాల అప్‌గ్రేడ్ కోసం త‌ల్లిదండ్రులు ఆధార్ కేంద్రానికి వెళ్లాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
– పిల్ల‌ల బ‌ర్త్ స‌ర్టిఫికెట్‌, త‌ల్లిదండ్రుల ఆధార్ కార్డుతో పాటు పిల్ల‌ల స్కూల్ ఐడెంటిటీ కార్డు లేదా బోన‌ఫైడ్ స‌ర్టిఫికెట్‌ను ద‌ర‌ఖాస్తుతో పాటు స‌మ‌ర్పించాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
– ఈసారి పిల్ల‌ల నుంచి వేలిముద్ర‌లు, ఐరిష్ స్కాన్ సేక‌రిస్తారు. పిల్ల‌ల‌కు 15 ఏళ్లు నిండిన త‌ర్వాత మ‌రోసారి బయోమెట్రిక్ డేటాను అప్‌గ్రేడ్ చేయించాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
ఎన్‌రోల్ చేసుకోవ‌డం ఎలా?
– మొద‌ట యూఐడీఏఐ వెబ్‌సైట్ (https://uidai.gov.in/my-aadhaar/get-aadhaar.html) ఓపెన్ చేసి గెట్ ఆధార్‌పై క్లిక్ చేయాలి.
– ఆ త‌ర్వాత బుక్ అపాయింట్‌మెంట్‌పై క్లిక్ చేసి వివ‌రాలు న‌మోదు చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
– మొద‌ట చిన్నారి పేరు, త‌ల్లిదండ్రుల్లో ఒక‌రి ఫోన్ నంబర్, ఈ మెయిల్ ఐడీ వివ‌రాలు న‌మోదు చేయాలి.
– వ్య‌క్తిగ‌త వివ‌రాల త‌ర్వాత ఇంటి అడ్ర‌స్‌ను ద‌ర‌ఖాస్తు ఫాంలో నింపాలి. ఆ త‌ర్వాత ఫిక్స్ అపాయింట్‌మెంట్ బ‌ట‌న్‌పై క్లిక్ చేసి.. బుకింగ్ తేదీ, స‌మ‌యాన్ని సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకోవాలి.
– అపాయింట్‌మెంట్ బుక్ అయిన త‌ర్వాత ఆ స‌మయానికి మనం ఎంచుకున్న ఆధార్ ఎన్‌రోల్‌మెంట్ సెంట‌ర్ లేదా ఈ సేవ కేంద్రానికి వెళ్లాలి.
– కావాల్సిన అన్ని డాక్యుమెంట్ల‌తో పాటు అపాయింట్‌మెంట్ లెట‌ర్ ప్రింట్ అవుట్ కూడా ఆధార్ కేంద్రానికి తీసుకెళ్లాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
– ఆ స‌ర్టిఫికెట్లు అన్నింటినీ వెరిఫై చేసిన త‌ర్వాత ఆ వివ‌రాల‌ను ఎన్‌రోల్ చేసుకుంటారు. పిల్ల‌ల వ‌య‌సు ఐదేళ్లు దాటితే బయోమెట్రిక్ డేటాను సేక‌రిస్తారు.
– ఎన్‌రోల్‌మెంట్ పూర్త‌యిన త‌ర్వాత మ‌న‌కు ఒక అక‌నాలెడ్జ్‌మెంట్ నంబ‌ర్‌ను ఇస్తారు. ఈ నంబర్ స‌హాయంతో ఆధార్ స్టేట‌స్‌ను చెక్ చేసుకోవ‌చ్చు.
స‌ర్టిఫికెట్ల వెరిఫికేష‌న్ పూర్త‌యిన త‌ర్వాత మొబైల్‌కు యూఐడీఏఐ నుంచి ఒక మెసేజ్ కూడా వ‌స్తుంది. ఆ మెసేజ్ వ‌చ్చిన 60 రోజుల‌కు ఆధార్ కార్డు ఇంటి ఆడ్ర‌స్‌కు వ‌స్తుంది. కావాలంటే యూఐడీఏఐ వెబ్‌సైట్ ద్వారా కూడా ఆధార్ కార్డును డౌన్‌లోడ్ చేసుకోవ‌చ్చు.
